The crew showed up on time at the agreed upon date. This vendor had previously done work for me with no problems on a prior job and I was expecting everything to go smoothly. I even referred them to my neighbor who hired them for some additional work to be done while they were onsite at my house. Unfortunately, there was a disagreement about what 2 large branches were supposed to be trimmed on a large oak tree. I did not get the work done that I had agreed upon with Jordan. I needed a large branch removed that was in danger of falling on my neighbor's shed. That had been discussed at length with Jordan and was the primary reason for the job. A different and much smaller branch was removed instead. Stump grinding was part of the job and that part was completed as agreed. The stump grinding equipment was left in my neighbor's driveway and a truck came to pick it up. The truck drove across my lawn. This was really not necessary since the equipment was parked in a driveway and easily accessible without driving across my lawn. This is not a big deal for me (my lawn is ok) but some folks do get upset about this stuff. Misunderstandings about which branches were to be trimmed can happen. However, I don't feel that they really cared to try and resolve the issue with a reasonable compromise in good faith. Poor attitude. I paid them in full for taking down a different branch and will now have to hire another vendor to finish the job. This vendor is no longer welcome on my property. If you do use this vendor, make sure you get each branch clearly marked.

ProCare came out to do cleanup, edging of our front beds, and laying down of mulch (from the…read moresupplier of our choosing). A crew of 3 men came out ahead of schedule, began to work diligently and carefully. They cleaned out our front beds of all leaves and other detritus while leaving all our native plants, not mistaking anything as a weed. They then laid out mulch by hand to a perfectly even depth and recovered all of our drip lines, giving it a very pleasing look. The crew also took the time to blow AND rake out our back yard to get out the majority of spiky balls (from sweetgums). Cherry on top was removing half a dozen lawn bags of already collected sticks and other yard waste. These guys do what they say they will do. There is high attention to detail. It is well worth the fair price they charge. We will be using them for our mulching and cleanup needs going forward. Highly recommended.
