I stopped in this morning for breakfast with my girlfriend. We ordered our coffee. The waitress asked what we wanted. I said I needed a minute and she asked my girlfriends what she wanted. She said ok I'll go get your drinks and come get the order. She came back 5 minutes later with coffee with Splenda and milk even though we asked for sugar and half and half. I gave her my order and she confirmed with my girlfriend what she wanted. Five minutes later she brings out my girlfriends crepes and walked away. We assumed she went to get mine so my girlfriend started eating. Fifteen minutes later my girlfriend was done eating and still no food for me. I gave it another couple of minutes and then went inside. She said my food was almost ready. I told her to forget it I would pay for what we had. She said the food wasn't ready because she ordered my girlfriends first. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager wasn't available. I doubt I would ever go back again. The waitress was completely unapologetic, she wouldn't get the manager and the comments from the kitchen when she said don't make it weren't appreciative. My husband and mother in law generally stop by this location once a month....not a lot of visits but they come once a month like clockwork. Today, they walked in and acknowledged by a female server will be with you in one minute and another customer walked in...3 people. They were sat before my husband and mother in law by a male server. This location recently re-opened. The chain was advertising all-you-can eat $3.99 pancakes, so we went. The place was super crowded, and I was surprised that the host said only a 15 minute wait. Well, true to his word, we were seated in that time. Pleasantly surprised. After ordering, I watched as the staff worked. Anthony the manager made sure everyone was doing their job, both efficiently and effectively. They all worked together so well and comfortably, I was amazed they were only open a month. Not one wasted step or movement. AND every single employee wore hairnets. Each of those young people were doing a great job! Location is quite small and no IHOP ambiance from the staff. The ceiling was leaking in multiple places, which they used 2 buckets to remediate by cycling them. Needless to say, it was ineffective. You would imagine that IHOP would have more buckets, or just repair the damn ceiling! Also, the table was sticky plus there was a fork on the floor that no one decided to pick up. Probably the best IHOP I've been too in a while. Our waitress was well mannered and respectful with a good sense of humor. The food that we ordered came out relatively quickly. Came in Sunday around noon for brunch. Table for 2, was seated right away. I got a mushroom and chicken omelette with pepper jack cheese. It was delicious. Chicken was a $4 extra charge. Cheese was included and mushrooms were $1. I didn't love the buttermilk pancakes that came as a side. I loved them when I had them at a different branch so I was disappointed in the quality here. On our way home from the doctor the other day durnig a horrible sleet and rain storm we decided to make a run for it and stop at this near empty iHop in the middle of the afternoon. Not lunch time any longer but way too earaly for dinner. Regardless of the ominous weather we were greated by the sweatest smile from our waitress who can light up a room with her pleasant attitude and personality. You can see she is there to please you, very rare in todays business world. She was attentive, on top of our order which btw kudos to the kitchen staff also for cooking such amazing pancakes and eggs and getting our entire order correct. Our waitress was so on point. She didn't brush off two old people that were having a hard day both medically and physically. iHop should be very proud of the type of employee they have working for them. I asked her about a tattoo she had on the inside of her arm that said Aiden and she said that is her son. What an adorable child. Same happy smile as his mom. So Aiden's mom please if you see this show your boss. Let them know we were very happy with the quality of our food, the quanity, and freshness. with the person who cooked it but most especially with you , our hostess, our server and now our waitress who we hope to see in the future. My friend and I went for lunch at IHOP and I had ordered the turkey dinner platter. I was not happy with the turkey, told my waitress, and she was more than accommodating to give me something that I would like to eat. I had past experiences with other restaurants that could care less if you were unhappy with what you ordered. My waitress was top notch and I left feeling satisfied with my experience. Service was not so great , the guy ( not going to put his name ) was kinda MIA and then instead of checking to see if they had a certain type of coffee he brought me the vanilla iced coffee. Which was basically milk or creamer no coffee to be found in it ( don't get the vanilla iced Coffee).When I just asked for a regular iced coffee then he brought it and said you have to sweeten it yourself but gave me no milk or half and half or anything. This place sucks. Its not the food but the terrible service. All ihop food is the same so it comes down to service and cleanliness, and this place losses. We went there for dinner and were the only table there. No one came over to bring us water or take our order for fifteen mins. We had to flag them down. After we ordered, it took 45 mins to get our food. So many mistakes in the order. Things with cheese had no cheese, wrong type of pancakes and missing things. She gave us extra toast which we thought was to make up for the mistakes. Wrong! They charged us for it. We also placed a togo order which they forgot about. After the check they made it quickly and got it all wrong. Didnt realize until my friend got home. The cleaniness was also an issue. There was a slug on the wall just chillin. We told the staff, they didnt seem to care. They close at ten and asked us to leave 15 mins earlier so they can lock up. Overall fail. You suck, wont be back to this gross place. read more

This I Hop rates as one of the most miserable experiences in the genre. I have complimented others like the one in East Williston but this one is the pits. Beginning with cleanliness...table was sticky and my hand kept sticking so I cleaned with some water. Outside almost got clobbered by hanging awning pole right in front by door. Their eggs are tiny and yolks are a very light yellow color...not appetizing at all. The pancakes have lost their panache and good taste of years gone by. The booths are situated so that one side is narrow and the other side wider...not comfortable at all. the prices are high considering the quality. This location is one of the best! The servers are all friendly, & I've certainly had quite a few of them at this point! Since there is no school this week, I've made it a point to go to breakfast or lunch with friends every day! So nice to be able to sit back & enjoy a meal without having to check email, make photocopies & grade papers at the same time! A few days ago I had the blackberry cream Crepes with eggs, hash browns & bacon. Today, I had the country fried steak with eggs, hash browns & Swedish Crepes. I love the lingonberries in a big way-the butter & the berries. I don't know what they put in there, but damn!! I was pleasantly surprised with the country fried steak because it was very good. Like almost as good as Cracker Barrel (dare I even say that?!?!)! Overall, another great experience at Ihop. This is now our 2nd visit in a month and will be our last. The waitstaff is their only saving grace. Front end greeters, cashier/manager not so great. We arrived behind another couple and watched them seat parties that came in after us. When they sat a party of 3 ahead of both couples I had to open my mouth (the only surprise is how long I held my tongue) I was informed they seat people by how many in the party, so we were penalized for only having 2 in our party. Okay... first of all before this place closedown this was by far my favorite IHOP. I was bummed out when it did. When saw they were bringing it back I got excited. Waiting to go back to check it out. Finally got a chance today. It didn't disappoint, the service was kinda slow at the beginning but they made up with the food. After ordering food came within 10 minutes. Food was hot. With how crazy COVID is, the staff here has done an amazing job especially with following these guidelines. One thing I liked best is that we can arrive and wait in our cars (where it's warm!) and will text us when the table is ready. Everyone is taking proper precautions with cleaning, wearing gloves and masks. Then the food was nothing short of great! My kids love when we dine out especially for breakfast. My food was served but not my friends... after about 10 minutes and literally hunting down the waitress with my "angry eyes", an "Oh Crap!" look came across her face and she realized she never brought the other half of our breakfast. No apology, no "Can I heat up your plate?"- nothing. But the highlight of my visit was the broken lock in the even filthier bathroom; in between hopscotching around all of the nasty toilet paper littering the floor, I had to worry about someone barging in while in full squat! This one star goes to our waitress I had on national pancake day. Me and my friend ordered more than just the pancakes there was no crowd plenty of open booths and we were rushed out within 45 minutes. She was clapping behind our table saying "hurry up get out and leave already" "this table needs to leave" after we already paid. It was so rude, unprofessional. I've never had a problem like this before in any restaurant. I've worked in the business myself for few years. I understand you want to make money and want another party to sit in your section. I understand if you wanted to leave early or whatever it is but there was no reason, or need to act the way she did. This place is terrible. Eat there at your own risk or if you are not very hungry and willing to wait more than 30 minutes for your food after being seated in a not so crowded establishment. Went here this morning at 7:50am got seated right away and placed our order and not once did waitress come and check on us or inform as that our food will be out shortly. 2 waiters/waitresses on a Sunday morning is not acceptable. I was minding my own business, just putting some salt & pepper on my eggs til my friend across from me had a disgusted look. There were ants all on the corner of the table. Crawling up the pepper shaker that I just put all over my eggs. They werre alll up on the syrup, windows, etc. The manager came over clearly very embarrassed and was SUPER unprofessional. it was bizarre. She walked away mid sentence & never came back. We thought she was preparing another table for us.... But nope... No return. Weird. I gave back my eggs but I was hungry so I decided to eat my pancakes that came along with my meal.., (whole wheat with bananas - so good!). I wanted those panCakes so bad! I was grossed out but hey, I needed to eat. Then I saw an ant crawling on my hand. That was it for me. They comped the check for 6 of us which was nice. The waitress was very apologetic for the issue and for the managers reaction. Funny thing was they sat the ant infested table again after we left. Foods good, horrible customer service. I came here to pick up an order I placed online. I walked up to the front desk, 3 ppl were there (1 on the phone taking an order) and no one said a word to me. I went up to one person and told her that i was there to pick up an order. She looked at me and walked away. I then said the same to a guy who was behind the desk....he looked at me and walked away! Our waitress was very friendly and nice. Our food was served fast, which was good because we were starving. We all ordered things with whipped cream, we got a lot of of extra whipped cream. That made me happy. Also, I tried their Chicken and Waffles for the first time - holy cow they were good. I like how their new menus aim toward giving you more selection while being cost efficient. When it did arrive one order was hot but others were luke warm at best. Must have been sitting waiting. No recognition or apology from the manager.
