This was such a pleasant surprise. I can't remember how long it's been since I've been to this or any IHOP but I don't remember it ever being this good ! First our server came right away and what an Amazing upbeat personality he had. So super friendly, fun and funny ! He made our simple breakfast so much more enjoyable. A different server brought our food which was great ! I assume she was probably cruising through the back and saw our order was ready. She delivered with a smile as well. Its been awhile and now I remember why. Man IHOP was the go to place for breakfast back in the day and now...its at the bottom I believe Dennys is a bit higher. Anyways ok came here and said let's try it out again. I wanted something besides steak but nothing really called me. So back to my number one choice. Steak and eggs steak was bottom line seriously horrible look and taste. No seasoning or very little. Eggs cooked well and to my surprise hash browns are now an extra charge ...economics working once again in 2025. So the star was actually the pancakes not the best but I finished them. Soooo for extra extra charge they can upgrade to other than buttermilk at i believe another $4.00. Hash browns added at $4.00...so add $8.00 to $19.00 sub par steak for one person about $35.00 without tip....hmmmmm. ok Now the good...service was friendly and fast restaurant was clean. Great service and a very clean restaurant every time we visit. I'll admit I'm a bit of a breakfast snob and had never been to an IHOP before because I judged it incorrectly. I was completely wrong. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and consistently good. We especially love the omelets--breakfast for dinner is our favorite. This is my favorite ihop location of all time. It's spacious, newer, has outdoor seating, and feels cleaner than any other IHOP I've been to, and I've been to plenty. They often have money-saving specials. Recently, the special was $7 breakfast plates on weekdays. When my kids were younger, kids could eat for free as long as parents purchased entrees. The staff are friendly, helpful and work expeditiously to get your food to you. read more

To celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday, we dined here. Three of our party ordered pancakes, and one ordered a salad. The server/manager was friendly. As we began eating, our friend who ordered the salad found a live earwig, causing her significant distress. We all lost our appetites, and when we informed the manager, he was left speechless. It was clear that he knew we had stopped eating and were disgusted. Instead of comping the meal, he only removed the salad and attributed the issue to the lettuce, even though you can see how disgusted be even was. Would not come to this location strictly cuz the customer service stinks! Allen, he claims to be the manager was so happy to tell 2 different customers including myself that they ran out of gift cards two weeks before Christmas. Then proceeds to say it might be another month or two before they get any more gift cards in store. Like Allen was happier to see customers walk out without spending money here. In the end, I just didn't get them. But yeah, I wasn't greeted very well. It was a man. He just told me to follow him. Our family usually comes here every other Sunday going on 2 years now. IHOP has an updated menu that appeals to our younger kids, while it also offers healthy options for me. I also like their new protein pancake options. The restaurant is always clean and their entire staff is always working so hard. My family and I have been coming here every Sunday for the past few months to have breakfast. This past Sunday we were served by Jay. He was very friendly, polite and fast! He got to us fast, brought our food out fast and constantly made sure we were doing okay! I hate to give a bad review... but my experience tonight warrants it. Two stars because only my entree was affected (the rest were good). I ordered takeout around 6pm. We all wanted breakfast for dinner tonight, and live close to this ihop. We ordered the crepes, a Buffalo chicken melt, jalapeño burger, kids pancakes, double chocolate pancakes and I ordered the New York Cheesecake pancakes with strawberries and syrup on top. Take a look for yourself... but the strawberries were BAD. They smelled very, very off. I ended up scraping them into the trash and throwing out the top pancake that they seeped into... causing a brownish sludge (NOT syrup) on the top pancake. The whipped cream was also old, it had become foamy liquid. This happens to whipped cream with oil when left in the refrigerator over a few hours. Gross! I thought about contacting the restaurant, but noticed they had changed their closing to 7, not 8 as the website says! So Yelp it is. read more

I haven't been to IHOP in a while and decided to bring my kids here and I will say, this Ihop was very clean and had a lot of seating accommodations as well as a friendly environment. The hostess welcomed us very kindly and was able to put a smile on our faces, I loved that you could feel the energy from the start when walking in. All in all, apart from the great service the food was amazing and I would say that the wait time is reasonable if your looking for an ihop with an amazing view. 10/10 would recommend this ihop. Live close by to this restaurant and have been here often. Every time there is an issue, Today is the last time we will come here. We placed our order and waited patiently 35 minutes, mind you it was not a busy day . Groups of customers came in and received their order. Noticed a couple was actually done eating their meal and leaving. We asked a waitress if our order had been forgotten??? Yes ... indeed it was. The original waitress now was coming back from her lunch, while we were still waiting!?!? The manager never came to our table until we insisted on speaking to her. She then, asks US ... " what's going on" Really???? You as a " manager should know what is going on in your business. You should be prepared to handle these situations, since according to " YELP REVIEWS " this sort of thing happens often. So unfortunate, that employees have no pride and respect for the positions they hold. Corporate DO BETTER screening your hires. Because it shows that anyone is hired.
