I was offered a complimentary drink and a fruit snack while waiting for my appointment. Excellent atttention to detail. Good banter with Kristina. Credit cards (Amex) are accepted, and she even enquired whether I could be eligible for a student discount (alas, not anymore!). Will visit again. Only thing that bugs me is that same day appointments aren't really a thing. To be on the safe side, always book a few days in advance. I did it on the phone as their online booking system requires prospective customers to register, and I don't want to bother.

I got assigned a man working in the corner, he was middle aged and had short dark hair. Right off the bat he seemed out of it and kept running into things, talking wildly to those around him, and dropping the tools he was using. I also noticed a woman at the counter staring down at him disapprovingly the entire time he rummaged about. I just said I wanted a fade on my sides but what he began to do was so reckless and unconcerned that two minutes in I knew I was in a seriously bad situation. Ultimately he spends 7 minutes wrecking my hair and giving me a stupid and embarrassing blotchy fade. Then he immediately says he's finished and asks for 30€ Absolutely the most unprofessional and reckless service I've ever encountered. I've included two photos of my 30€ haircut.

It had been about 4 months since my last haircut. Which, in the world of people who pay attention to their hair, is a long long time. The only time I pay any attention to my hair is when I am crying watching it go down the drain. I have never received so many compliments after a haircut. People said I looked 10-15 years younger. Always a good thing, as I push closer and closer to ___! The staff is very nice, the music is groovy, the seating in the waiting are looks nice, but isn't that comfortable. Und es war das katastrophalste Ergebnisse, dass ich in 15 Jahren bei den verschiedensten Friseuren in verschiedenen Ländern hatte. Statt eines besprochenen Dunkelbrauns mit einem ganz leichten warmen RotbraunTon wurde der Ansatz in einem knalligen Rot gefärbt. Es brauchte zwei weitere Färbungen, um das Rot abzudämmen (4 Stunden verlor ich und musste weitere Termine absagen). Zudem entsprachen die im Internet genannten Preise nicht den Tatsachen und die notwendige Überfärbung wurde auch in Rechnung gestellt. Aufgrund der starken Preisintransparenz und da man hier scheinbar nicht weiß, welche Farben man im Haus hat, bzw. mit welchen man arbeitet, kann ich diesen Friseur wirklich nicht empfehlen.
