After requesting a quote online, Paul followed up quickly via text and we scheduled a consult for the very next morning. Paul and his son were an absolute pleasure to work with. They clearly understood our situation--we just needed to get the house in good shape to sell--and never once tried to upsell us. In an age where so many companies subcontract everything out, it was incredibly refreshing to work directly with a father-and-son team who clearly take pride in their work. We even spent some time swapping stories about great rock 'n' roll shows we've seen. On their way out, I asked if we could quickly borrow their measuring tape to check the size of a missing piece of siding, since we planned to try fixing it ourselves. Without hesitation, they offered to take care of it when they came back to install the windows. That generosity alone meant so much and took one more thing off our very full to-do list. A few weeks later, the windows arrived and were installed without issue--and they absolutely added value to the house. But the story doesn't end there. Pella Windows gave me an estimate a few years ago that was 6.2 times more expensive. Pella wanted to replace the entire unit which includes another push-out window.
