But then the fact that he turned his back and walked away was so rude. I won't set foot in here again. The salesman couldn't sell me anything and didn't even try. I think if I'm going to overpay, then I should get some service, but Computer Care offered me neither.

Service was requested prior to seeing the owners very public Twitter. We saw some very very…read moretroubling posts, Jerry stated on multiple occasions his disdain for individuals that look like our CEO. We immediately asked for our devices back and for a refund and explained why. This is when Jerry turned from a friendly, considerate technician, to a very angry man spewing every insult in the book. He refused to return multiple devices for weeks & when he did he claimed he could not offer a refund until next month. Reason being? He had too much overhead on the month & all processed payments had been spent on payroll. When we disputed this, he said he "didn't expect subhumans to understand." Please do your own research prior to using him.
