Our team was Carlos, Omar, Marvin, and Rafael. They showed up exactly on time, were polite, worked well together, and kept us fully informed of everything they were doing. One thing that was great is how they took time to prepare the home for the moving process, protecting floors, stairs, and other surfaces to make sure zero damage was done. Their wrapping of items was great - you can definitely tell that they care about protecting your items. Moving is always a pain, but Prince Movers and the team were awesome from the first quote to the final hand shakes with the team. The crew, Roberto and Harry, were empathetic, caring, and incredibly efficient with packing, loading, and unloading the one-bedroom apartment. I spent the day worrying (needlessly) that the storage unit I had rented was too small. The crew fit all of the items neatly and safely into a 5x10' unit with room to spare. I've never seen anything like it. I also want to give kudos to the front office. Their communication was great, the charges were clearly laid out, they arrived on time, and most importantly took the utmost care with my belongs and furniture. Clearly they have been in the business for a while, because the truck was loaded so intricately and with a lot of care. We asked them to assemble our relatively simple bed frame. They told us that it was "too complicated". All said, they did half of a job in an hour and charged us for the full two hour minimum. When we asked for a 50 percent refund, they declined to provide it, although they claimed "they stand by their work".
