At first, I took a look at their cheapest pillow and blanket, which was crap for only CHF 5 each. So then I looked at the second cheapest line, and it was actually quite decent. So my end conclusion is that they have the cheapest products (made out of the cheapest materials) that are probably not worth getting, but the next in line is actually quite good quality and affordable. I also signed up for the IKEA Family card and got a free chocolate cake for my birthday. :) At the grocery section, I also picked up a fizzy pear drink with some alcohol in it, and it was quite delicious and also gave me a nice buzz. :)

Today I called to inquire about two "Deutsch in der Schweiz" books for my German class. They found them in stock and reserved them for me so I could pick them up after work. When I arrived, I walked up to the cash register, gave my name, whipped out my credit card, and wah-la! Transaction done in minutes. If the books that you want are not in stock, they will order for you and let you know when available to pick up. Fast and easy service = two thumbs up!
