Alas, handy dandy Yelp saved the day (as it always seems to do) and directed me to this cute little pastry shop hidden between the windy streets of Sevilla. The shop is small with only 3 tables inside and some seating available outside. It's super cute too with a french aesthetic, pastel walls, and jars of pastries sitting right in the middle. We were lucky enough to snag a table at 5pm and ordered right away as I was excited to try their apple cake (recommended by Yelp) which was suprisingly an apple tart! My dad who joined me during my unofficial tea time ordered an espresso and cheesecake as well. I was very happy with the offerings, as I could say that I haven't had a better apple tart, even in France! It was flaky, not too sweet, and a downright beautiful pastry with apple folds in the middle! The cheesecake was great too with a homemade marmalade on top. The pastries blew me away and if you're looking for a nice place for a break of even a quick morning option that isn't typical to Sevilla, come here and you won't be disappointed at all!

We ordered the Forrest bowl and the granola was the best part. It's drizzled with honey and different berries are included along with yogurt. The best part was the salmon bagel we ordered. Doesn't seem like anything special on paper...but it was legit the best salmon bagel I've had. I only knocked off one star because there were ants crawling around and some flies were in the store. I guess in terms of sanitation that doesn't really make me feel great that they're bugs but I noticed it was only on the seat near the wall (so avoid that!) and flies can't be helped too much when you are going in and out of a store.

We walked here after spending three breathtaking hours at the Royal Alcázar of Seville. I ordered the power salad. It was a beautiful combination of tender moist chicken and quinoa and garbanzo beans and greens with a yummy pesto dressing. Everything was so fresh. The pesto dressing was delicious and not overly salted like so many restaurants tend to do these days. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and accommodating. This cafe is clean and comfortable. It was the perfect spot to reenergize and have a fresh and delicious lunch. They have other offerings that look so good as well.
