We arrived in a Sunday evening and we felt a bit under dressed for the restaurant. The waiter gave us a menu and happily made suggestion for wine. We had a glass or orange based wine and happily made our meal selection.
I ordered the Spaghettone with clam and my friend ordered Tagliatelle with veal, pork and lamb ragú. The flavor of my spaghettone was delicious but the pasta was a bit molto al denté...the bite was a bit harder and stiffer than Al denté. It was delicious but I had a slight issue finishing the dish. My friend on the other hand, had a wonderful dish with perfectly Al denté pasta. I would try it again because it could have just been a one off plate.
