My carbonara was not the best I had ever had, but it was quite tasty without being too greasy or too dry. Interior is dark with lighting coming from small table lights and no overhead lights. It's minimally designed with plenty of dark wood that has a nice classy feel. If you have a slightly larger group or want somewhere more private there is a small loft upstairs you can sit at but the bartender will have to run up and down the stairs to take your order and bring your drinks. The bartender has a small, curated cocktail list and I think we made our way down and tried everything on the menu. The last two drinks are non-alcoholic and you can tell the attention to detail when there are custom ice cubes for different drinks. My favorite drink was the Le un gran Milan: Campari, acqua di cocco, lime, and soluzione salina. I only understand two of the ingredients but it comes fiery red like Campari, goes down pleasantly, and helps get the conversation going deep into the night.
