They feature a range of shops where you can order and pride themselves with super fast delivery. Or, as they call it: Zuper fast delivery. In the past months, I've ordered a few times from Zuper, because a busy daily life does not always allow to go shopping as required. In this case, Zuper came to the rescue. Using the service is super easy: login to the website, select the location for delivery, pick a store, pick your product, pay and done! Delivery is said to be super fast, and it is. Even when they advertise with 2 hours delivery, every time I ordered, my delivery arrived faster. The first time I ordered, I had the goods within 1 hour! Of course, you can also book for delivery at a later time slot if that's more suitable. The people that do the delivery are very friendly and professional, and when I added something that was not in the online shop, they actually picked that up as well. They offer to unpack the goods in your kitchen if you like, and they properly use isolation bags where required. The delivery rates are very modest and for many stores the prices are the same as in the shop. I will certainly be using Zuper frequently. For me it's the perfect companion to a busy life and the fast delivery allows me to plan more spontaneously than the classical shops where I have delivery in a few days.

First, I put my address on my app profile but when I paid an automatic adress appears and I could not change it. It was at just one minute away from my apartment, not bad. So when I saw that the delivery man was 5 minutes away I decided to go to the adress to pick up the delivery. After waiting 35 minutes outside, I decided to send a message to the help chat app. The help chat told me that he came but didn't saw me. So apparently it was my fault. I wrote to the help center and they told me that he could not call me because it was a french number (how is it possible) and that I was not here... They didn't want to reimburse me, so I paid 32€ to wait outside and without having any food. This is a shame.

Probably being the largest Asian Market in Vienna, this shop has it all. As most "Asian Supermarkets" have their main focus on chinese products, this shop has its focus on Korea. And the Korean Food Market seems to have a lot of japanese products as well, which are a lot cheaper than the japanese originals, but do not lack the quality. So if you know your way around japanese and korean food, you should most definetly go there and look at their choice of products. They even have a cooler filled with portioned homemade kimchi. But going through every shelf will take some time(and you will), so i recommend to take some time off the day, if you want to go there for the first time. Even I need at least 45 minutes, every time I go in there. The price range is not the cheapest, but is somewhere located in the middle range, which is more than tolerable, as the range of products is humongous for austrian standard. The final shelves contain soo many Korean sweets and chips and ice cream... you need an iron will and a stomach of steel to not fall into a shopping rage. Full points for Korean Power!
