We found a beautiful dress that fit right off the rack for $500. The boutique outlet was clean. Nothing fancy but certainly a pleasant experience. The employees were friendly. My one gripe was the $50 mandatory appointment fee. Just seems you should be able to walk in a store and see the inventory without having to pay. They said they carried sizes 6 and up. However when we arrived, there were very few smaller sizes. I'm happy we were able to find a dress but I would have been perturbed to have driven all that way, pay a non-refundable $50 to find that they only had a handful of dresses in my daughters size. They also carry mother of the bride outfits. Again.. Limited sizes and you don't know what they have so it's like a$50 gamble. They do allow you to put that$50 towards accessories.. But being an outlet their accessories were very limited. We didn't need anything they had but I wasn't leaving without "spending" the $50. So we got 1 Mr & Mrs mug with a 2019 date, a shot glass, a couple pair of princess shoes for my granddaughter that'll fit in like 4 years and a memory jar. The veil options didn't match the color of the dress and they had no head pieces. Now I get time is money. But it just seems ridiculous they wouldn't put that $50 towards the dress. All in all we were very thankful for the outlet. We hope to never return though lol. Married till death do them part!

The bride let me know that they were still waiting for me and that we had been playing phone tag. However I never got a phone call or a voicemail. Then a couple days after I had gotten in touch with them, the maid of honor let me know they needed my measurements...again. I called a let them and spoke to Mike. I gave them my measurements again and when we got to my height Mike said, " that makes sense because it matches your squeaky high voice". I found this very rude and unnecessary. I feel like when you are working in the wedding industry part of your job is to make the bride and her bridesmaids feel good about themselves. I felt very upset and am now dissatisfied with my service here.

I had an appointment early in the morning with the wonderful Lizzie. She asked a lot of questions about what I liked and what I didn't like, where the wedding was, what time of year, outside or inside, etc. She was extremely detailed and went right on to grabbing dresses! Funnily enough, The first one I tried on was the one I fell in love with at the end of the appointment. I tried on a total of about 10-15 dresses and the first one was a hit through all of them! She took down all the names of items I was wearing (veil, headpiece, & dress) and saved them in the system for me and also wrote them down on a piece of paper for me too. After the appointment we had a horrible experience at david's bridal (please just don't waste your time there) and then immediately came back to try on the dress again quickly and buy it! Lizzie then not only helped me buy it, but also helped me find bridesmaids dresses even after my appointment time! She really made this experience for me an absolute dream. All questions were thoroughly answered and we were given dates, warnings, contact informations, etc with buying the dress. I could not have asked for a better place to find my dream dress!

Though her specialty is wedding dresses and gowns, she took the time to alter a suit that had been custom made somewhere else for me as well as a custom sport coat. She made them excellent for me and I am so proud of them. She also knew that my daughter was getting married out of town and was using a business in Atlanta. She offered that if anything was not satisfactory with my daughter's dress or the mother of the bride's dress, to reach out to her and she would modify them to her expectations. My wedding dress was an Anomalie wedding dress- so they would custom make the dress according to my measurements. Katelyn, the cute and so very kind boss lady, helped me to get exact measurements for this gown. At the time I got this dress, it was the beginning of 2020 and the pandemic had not yet begun. The dress just needed to be taken in at the shoulders. However, because I had been working out over the course of the pandemic (wedding was pushed back a year), the dress needed some major alterations. Katelyn will ask you what your budget and goals are for the dress. Do you want the dress to fit better and for certain major ticket items to be addressed? Do you want her to go through the dress in fine detail and make it fit like a glove? Or do you want god-tier attention to detail and the ultimate non-surgical boob lift? As you can see in the photos, I asked Katelyn for her best work. She reworked the entire bodice, needing to take in a grand total of 10 inches, and that required painstakingly removing lace before stitching it all back together. For the now husband, she lifted the girls so that they can shine in all their glory on wedding day. For this chapel length train, Katelyn put in a bustle that was so easy to do up on wedding day. The hooks and eyes were even customer colored to match the gown. Finally, and not pictured, Katelyn sewed me a beautiful mask using left the over lace that I had. She was kind, efficient, and worked her magic in what I considered to be a pretty fast timeline in the swing of wedding season. If you're getting married and are anywhere near Evansville, go to Katelyn and go early. She's pretty in demand because shes just that great.

From the beginning to the end of my year and a half of wedding planning, the staff there was supportive, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Nina was the consultant with whom I worked most closely over the process, although Susan was great too. If you want a store where someone is up in your business constantly during the appointment, Nedra's is not that place. No one is going to "jack you up" a la Monty from SYTTD Atlanta, unless you ask. But THANK GOD for that! There was not even the tiniest hint of the hard sell from them at any point in the process. Since I left the dress with them til we left town for the wedding, and "visited it" a few times to try on accessories and check the fit, they had ample opportunity to push their own stuff, and didn't. When it finally came time to pick up the dress, Nina wished me luck and asked me to stop by with wedding pictures when we got them back. Way better than your average bridal salon experience, and highly recommended.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Lucia's. *********************************************************************************** I loved my wedding dress shopping experience at Lucia's. Every single part of my experience was better than I could have imagined. I felt like a customer, instead of the credit card I was at the other places I tried on dresses. They were the only dress shop I went to that didn't require an appointment ("Appointment? Not necessary. Come in whenever.") They also were the only one where I wasn't rushed (I was there for three hours), limited in the number of dresses I could try on (11) or pressured into a sale. Also, they didn't even talk money until I had decided on "the one." (Bonus: I got a discount for taking the store sample, which will be entirely rebeaded by Glonay.) Glonay is amazingly patient, knows her stock (she suggested "the one" after seeing me in a few), is unbelievably polite (continually saying "sorry" as she had to pin me in), and knows her stuff when it comes to altering the lacework and beading of delicate dresses. I just hope the rest of my vendors are as amazing as Glonay and Lucia's.

I found out a was pregnant a few weeks after ordering my bridesmaid dress, and before the dresses even came in, (the wedding I was buying the dress for was still 4 months away) I informed the owner as soon as I found out and I was told that I could either get it altered (which would be around 100 dollars for everything) or I would have to buy a new dress in a bigger size. I thought this was completely rediculous! I had no idea that I would be pregnant, it was just a terrible experience all around. I ended up using the dress I already ordered and took it to another place for alterations, and I'm hoping it fits, because the wedding is this saturday!! STAY AWAY FROM LUCIA'S!!!
