We understand that sometimes cockroaches get in, but I expected an exterminator or at least a bug treatment of some kind. This hotel is in a nice location near the pedestrian zone and the people at the front desk are very nice, but ignoring cockroaches is a problem for me.

Excellent location. Walk to numerous restaurants and bars. The train station is out of walking…read moredistance if you have anything to carry. The lobby bar is a quiet place to end the day. Don't plan to spend an evening there. Breakfast is good - lots of choice and good quality. Rooms are quiet and comfortable - but not luxurious. Free wifi is a nice treat. There is a taxi stand immediately across from the front door so you never need to wait for a taxi. I stay here two or three times a year. The location is tops. The rooms are fine and the staff is polite and attentive.
