I have been coming to the smoke shop for years. I continue to go to the smoke shop because it's the closest one to my house. The older man who works there most of the time now is very kind and helpful and answers any questions that I have. However I have bought faulty products and brought it to the younger man and he would reject to give me a discount or replace it in any sort of way when in the past when I have had problems they have been either discounted or replaced immediately.
