The couple I worked with decided to hire a photo booth at the last minute and, being so close to the wedding date, Take-A-Pic was the only photo booth company in the area that was available. Thank goodness!! We were fortunate enough to have such a sincerely great vendor to work with. Isaac and his wife arrived just before the wedding reception, and were able to set up discreetly on one end of the venue with little to no distraction. Their equipment is more modern compared to other bulky and hideous photo booth vendors I've worked with in the past. They had an open set up, which was perfect for large group photos. Isaac actively worked with the guests and assisted them with pressing the buttons and letting them know when to smile for the next shot. I really liked the props they had. They weren't the tacky and whacky props you normally see; instead, they were classy and suited the wedding. When my couple weren't too happy about the original custom design they requested, Isaac and his team accepted a new custom design we created for the "logo"/"monogram" part of the photo strip. They easily incorporated this design for us and it was wonderful seeing it in actual print on the day of the event. Overall, I will gladly recommend Take-A-Pic Photo Booth because they had wonderful customer service, a clean and classy set up, suitable props, easy and quick tear-down and set-up without the distraction, and are fairly priced. Having a photo booth at weddings might be a trend but, it's definitely a MUST!! We loved seeing our guests let loose, be silly and have fun. Don't get just any photo booth though. We've been to our share of events with photo booths and we knew what to look for. It is inevitable that a group of 30 people will try to fit into the picture - so an open air booth is important! Plus who doesn't love photo bombing and jumping into random pictures? The best thing I love about them, though, is the quality of the pictures. They actually use a professional camera to snap the shots. Along with Aaron, we also worked with Jenny since we loved her photography (a separate review will be written for her :D). Therefore, we were able to book them at a combo price. The prices are very reasonable and they let you customize with a la cart prices. With the package that we got, a white background is included as well as standard props (the unicorn was my favorite.) We added our own props as well. As for the backdrop, I wanted to jazz it up with heart garlands to match our wedding decor and Jenny/Aaron were all for it. They helped me put it on their backdrop on the day of at no additional cost. Also, I got to design my template and am in love with how it turned out!! Our photographer (Jenny Thai Photography), owns this company with Aaron, so we booked both photography and photo booth services through her and received a discount. It's always a benefit to be able to bundle services and have one main contact. The photo booth is an open-air concept so it allows for a large group to join in on the fun. They are flexible and offer customized backdrops for those that want a personal touch. Jenny designed the photos strip according to my wedding theme and stationery that I sent her. I contacted her a month before the wedding with a few changes to the photo strip, and she provided a new proof within 24 hours. We also opted for the scrapbook station so we could have a keepsake from the evening. The pictures are uploaded online so you can share with others and recap the shenanigans from the night. Aaron scored bonus points for capturing a picture of us and our lion dancers. :) In the end, Jenny and Aaron care about their clients and try their best to accommodate their needs. They're attentive, friendly, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend them for anybody needing photo booth services.
