I walk out looking like I've just stepped out of a salon (funny enough) and continue to do so for weeks and weeks. I always feel listened to and that they know what is going to suit me. I've been jet black, ruby red and bleached blonde, and every time is a winner. There is always good banter with the staff too, and it might seem a small thing, but the mags are always of a good gossipy quality, perfect if you are there for a while and you need something to read while you sip your free cappuccino. If you want a weekend appointment you need to get in early, but midweek mornings are a gift. They aren't the cheapest on the road, but you are definitely worth it!
