Rather than spending $378 for 6 months of advertising with JS Paluch, I was able to pay LPi $375 for an entire year PLUS an additional 2 months at no additional cost for paying up front. The sales representative for JS Paluch tried really hard to sell me on a 6-month 2 block ad for $756 (by the way, that same ad is $750 with LPi and runs an entire year as opposed to 6 months with JS Paluch) whereas I got exactly what I wanted with LPi. No pushy sales representatives. Not to mention, I was very pleased with the design and the professionalism I experienced from start to finish. I'd HIGHLY recommend LPi over JS Paluch any day!

I've used this printing location many times for my small business as well as personal printing. I…read morehad two prints that were mistakenly not received via email as I'd done numerous times before. Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward. The staff is always so nice here, and I greatly appreciated the extra time to ensure everything printed up perfectly. They stayed late tonight on a Friday of the holiday weekend to make sure I was happy and had my gift in time! I will continue to go here for orders big and small. Thank you so much!

Enjoyed our flight over beautiful central Wisconsin with Ken. Was fortunate to have a second…read moreballoon launch next to us and watch the process of getting the basket off the ground. Our two balloons "kissed on the launch upward which was cool to see. It was amazing to see how the winds affected our balloons at different flight levels. After 45 minutes of flight our landing came too soon as I could have stayed up there for hours to see the countryside. The crew was right these to assist in our landing and get us packed up and returned to the home base within minutes Everyone - passengers and crew joined in the champagne celebration where we toasted our good fortune to have experienced the morning flight and the traditions of ballooning.
