She is not only extremely responsive and professional to work with, but also a true expert with babies. This was our second time scheduling newborn photos with her. With a toddler, a full time job, and a scattered pregnancy brain, if I don't finish the task in front of me in the few minutes I have, I am very likely to forget about it. Joelle is very quick to reply via email and text which makes the scheduling process so much easier (both initially and also from the hospital once baby arrives). It amazes me how easily she can position and prepare baby for different poses in different outfits/swaddles without waking them.
