Excellent Salon! I have been going here for years and love my hair every time. It is also one of the few salons in town that offers pedicures. Huge plus to have tanning, waxing and even barbers! The people are what make Images Salon and Day Spa great! read more

If I could give this place and Andrew Hewitt no stars, I would! I've never heard of a business going around and bashing others in the same profession on social media!! They are incredibly unprofessional and spread lies about their competition in order to get business. It's completely pathetic! I would rather drive hours out of my way to go to someone else than go to this establishment. read more

OMG...Ditto. I'm not as wordy as the other reviews but they hit the nail on the head. Feed Store as mentioned next door also has over priced clothing and miscellaneous accessories along with feed for livestock. Small town...They seem to be ubove their raising. read more

Not a great salon...stylists do not focus on the customers...MY stylist was talking to other people while doing my hair..

The location of this salon is 2616 W. US Hwy 70 Thatcher, AZ 85552 not the addr that Yelp has on file. I had services at this place in Oct/2013 so my review is late however my experience here was certainly one that I will not forget. DO NOT waste your time or money here. This place is a joke. I'm new to this area & don't know anyone. This salon looked nice so I decided to try it. My first indication that this wasn't going to be a good experience was that I didn't get a confirmation call the day before my appt.. I figured since this is such a small town, maybe they don't do that here. I scheduled a hair cut & highlight, mani & pedi. starting at 10am & was finished at 3pm. The stylist didn't even to attempt to match my color & seemed disinterested in the whole process. I didn't care for her at all. Thankfully, my hair style & color is pretty easy so there wasn't an opportunity to do alot of damage. When I went to pay for my hair I asked who was doing my mani/pedi & was told they didn't have be scheduled for this ... really?! however they did have a girl who was available so I said OK. This girl was very sweet and I'm sure did her very best however in speaking to her I found out she was just out of beauty school. I have no problem with a "newbie" performing my service however she had zero support. No one checked her work, asked her if she needed help ... nothing. I felt really bad for her. She was also responsible for answering the phone. She only did one coat of polish & the selection of polish color was limited. They use Dial soap for my foot bath, some crappy off brand lotion & Sally Beauty products. I was certainly not pleased with paying for services with products I can buy on my own. The salon is right next door to H & S Feed, Tack & Western Wear. I found out over the 5 HOURS I spent here that the Hewitt family owns this salon & H & S. The guy who runs the salon is a Hewitt & he was a real twit. I witnessed him scolding an employee right on the floor about some mistake she made in the computer. Then the rest of the time he spent walking around & going next store. At one point he had this little worker guy carrying boxes in for him. This guy is a pretty stocky guy & could have easily done this himself. It seemed that he just liked to boss people around & not to to much else. As an owner, one would think he would be helping his "newbie" and answering the phones since she was with me. There was really no conversation, except the scolding, between him & the other employees. I was not impressed with him at all but I guess when your an owner you can get away with acting like a jerkoff. Another this I noticed was that most of the employees did not seem to take alot of pride in their appearance. In my opinion, when you work in this field, YOU are your best advertisment. These girls were dressed pretty sloppy ... dirty pants, dirty feet showing through their Walmart flip flops ... just a real turn off. The salon was "surface" clean however you could see dust, hair etc.. on the floor & in the work areas. Believe me, this place hasn't been cleaned well in awhile. I don't know how this place stays in business. My first visit here was also my last. read more
