Of course in the evening it is busy. We signed up for a month as we are here for 3weeks and the 10day offer is not enough at costs nearly the same. We also added 10€ to 49,95€ so in total 60€ per person so we can use the gym 24/7!!! Juan Carlos (the owner) is incredibly welcoming and friendly, which really can make all the difference. You don't usually have to deal with the frustration of waiting for others to finish. If you're a lady who wants to use free weights, I will say that the weight section is really dominated by guys. They do not have a large offering of classes, but they focus on what they know: pilates and pump, that don't generally fill up too much, so you'll always have space and attention from the instructor, if needed. Less expensive than larger gym chains, this one guy-run gym is one of Palma's coolest. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this gym to a friend.

They're professional and go through the details: hibiscous tea or something similar, some slices of watermelon afterwards or whatever is in season, multilingual and responsive to email. I made my first ever appointment through their webform and was surprised to receive a fast response. My only complaint is sometimes other guests in the shared (no walls, just curtains) spaces where you receive treatments are inconsiderate when they're leaving or dressing, and are noisy and I wish they would educate guests better about this.

The massage itself was just okay, but a massage usually feels pretty good even when it isn't the best. I felt like the technique was just not my preference. The facility is clean and charming. After the massage I was given tea and invited to relax before checking out. When I went to pay the credit card system was down. I had to walk to an ATM to get cash and come back. They were very apologetic but I still felt inconvenienced.
