This is the second time I've had headshots done by Peter at the summit, and this year's photos are even better than last year's. Even though it was a complimentary service, Peter took his time and showed great care in capturing a variety of shots so I'd have great options. He even let me review the photos before I walked away, which gave me confidence right away that they were going to turn out great. He later emailed several proofs, and I was able to choose the one I liked best. The final photo turned out amazing. I highly recommend!

Hoang came up with so many creative ideas for our shoot at Cedar Hill State Park.  You can tell from the photos that we were having a blast!  It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend rather than having a stranger lurking around us. :) He really captured us accurately and in the most flattering way. I first saw her page popped up on fb under an advertisement for free maternity photoshoot with a purchase of newborn session. Of course I had to check it out and fell in love with Petya's work, the natural lighting and nature background for the maternity pictures, and how cute all the newborn pictures on her page are. We had to cancel and reschedule our appointment 3 times, but she was pretty flexible even with her tight schedule. Our photoshoot finally happened at my 36th week, in triple digit Texas heat temperature, needless to say, I was sweating everywhere! Petya came prepared with wipes for me to dab off the sweat, really took her time with us to help me relax and sweat less lol. It was our very first photoshoot so we had no idea what to do, but she was really great at coaching us how to pose, how to be natural. Don't be alarmed about the shooting location. We thought it was gonna be at the dog park (which is the address she gave us). Turned out, it's the natural preserves park right next to it. ***Best of the Best***…read more Oh my gosh, I happened upon this local photographer and couldn't be more pleased! I saw her super cute portfolio and was in love. We were in a bind just before the holidays, and Sarah made time to squeeze us in. Her pricing was great, especially compared to other area photographers, and she was local. All bonuses in selecting a photographer. Once I met Sarah, I quickly realized that she was warm, friendly and humorous with us and our kids. Totally needed for family photos, especially if you want some photos with laughter and real life emotion. In advance, she asked us specifically what we were looking for, and on the day of the event, she was prepared with a few props (although I also brought some of my own), and she whipped it all together for a way better plan than I'd imagined. I wanted some natural setting photos, not super posed. And she got us laughing, and captured the moment. She even had some creative poses that turned out CRAZY cute. Those turned out to be my favorites. And all her photos, have become my most treasured family photography yet. She comes armed with some nice photography equipment (i'm no expert), but the lenses definitely looked pretty spectacular. When photographing us, she maneuvered quickly to capture just about every angle, and every photo came out ridiculously crisp with FABULOUS lighting, and even some delicious bokeh. We went to her, but she's mobile and will come to the location of your choice. I can't imagine a much better setting though, than her neighborhood around Bear Creek Park. Fall photos come out great with tons of leaves, and changing colors. Spring and Summer are green as green can be. All perfect for some gorgeous outdoor photos. I usually hate myself in photos, but thank goodness for Photoshop, as she did some very natural photo editing that made the photos absolute perfection. Her edited photos were super speedy in reaching my email inbox. She leverages a secure online system to provide me access to download my high resolution photos. Easy peasy! And without even requesting, she sent me a few goodies for the following holiday, to use in social media. Seriously, could she be more awesome? Who does this? Love her! When we moved here, I was totally overwhelmed with finding the right family photographer. Thankfully I found Sarah, and and from here on out, she's officially our family photographer.
