The person at the door controlled how many people entered the location and also confirmed that you sanitize your hands before entering. Ordering took place at the kiosk, which is standard for McDonald's. You can also pay at the kiosk or pay with a person. I have a US credit card and the machine asks for a pin, which is unusual for when I use this card here. If you're the same, know your pin! It used my contactless European card with no problems. I had problems getting the kiosk to accept my coupons. I ultimately wasn't successful. I guess I could have paid with the cashier to get the coupon to work but I didn't. The food came out on time and it was standard McDonald's food. They provided the burger and nuggets in a paper bag so I could carry it out.
