The employee that showed up said he checked the roof which he never did because the snow has no footprints in it and on top of that he said the leak was normal due to the little bit of ice build up that was on the roof. He said just keep an eye on it and what, wait until the ceiling tiles fall through.

The work crew found some roof issues (vent pipe seals, flashing). That was extra charge to repair (not a problem, glad they were fixed). My wife is very picky with details, and they took care of everything she wanted done. She's very happy, and so am I. The antique prestige vinyl and white trim really make the house much brighter and great looking. The work crews arrived on time, were very polite, spent 8 days on the job, and cleaned up the work site very well.
