We arrived at this location 30 minutes prior to them closing and found out that they weren't accepting any walk ins anymore, BUT to my avail very friendly employees helped me out understanding my circumstance. They went above and beyond and out of their way to help fix my situation. All in all-- I got a new iPhone and was on my way to continue my vacation. What great service and nice genuine people. Best Apple store in the world.

I wanted to write a review on TIM on Via Luca Giordano, 124 in Vomero. The store was small but the…read morepeople were friendly. There was one guy that spoke English well and so we ended up dealing with him. Originally, I went to a Fastweb Office nearby to have my service transferred, but they were going to take too long in transferring. So we decided to go with TIM and we had fiber service in our area. So we signed up for fiber. The only documents needed at the time was my California Driver's License and a copy of my passport. I was amazed how fast it was in receiving service. I know in the past that TELCOM Italia has a bad reputation in customer service, but maybe management finally saw the complaints and issues. If that is the case, then I'm glad that they are focusing in giving better customer service. Keep up the good work TIM on Via Luca Giordano!

If you're a foreign traveler don't trust this store. TIM took our money then tried to charge us…read moreagain for a SIM card. After saying they would honor our online TIM purchase they took our passports and credit card then held us ransom. DISHONEST!!!
