Actually it's 0 stars!!! If you want to be over charged for mediocre care this is your place. Front staff is rude and not helpful when trying to go over the bill. Charging someone $80 for a wrist brace we could have got on amazon or cvs for at the most $25 bucks. read more

Can't say I recommend the place. Nice staff but they seem a bit uneducated to be totally honest. I went for pain in groin to make sure i didnt have a UTI or any infections. Did the urine test and came back negative. Was essentially sent on my way and was told it was a strain. A day later (today as i write this) i wokeup with severe pain and continued blood in urine. Went to the ER. Ultra sound was fine and urine test came back as double infection. So not sure why it didn't yesterday... Wasted a few bucks, time, and a day of pain for essentially nothing. Wouldn't come back based off of that. read more

Don't waste your time making an apt online. They will tell you it didn't show up on their system and then you'll be waiting for nothing. Just for them to make your apt and then blame you for using the online system. They're rude here and don't prioritize first come first serve they will pick and choose who they wanna see. It's very poor care quality and the customer service is bad, everyone has an attitude and treats you like you're dumb. Fix your system and don't blame the patient for the error. It's the bare minimum care you can receive, everyone's here for the paycheck not the greater good in helping people. I'd say go to the ER or a different clinic for quality care not thi bandaid station. read more

Had an appointment for 12:30 for a hs sports physical, my son didn't get seen until 1:42 today. Receptionist broke HIPPA violations. Dr. asked her to call another patient's cardiologist = giving his name, condition, dob, address and phone number in front of a packed waiting room. That's a huge $$ fine of if I reported it. read more

Terrible place! Terrible service! Everybody gives you different information. They say they will call you back and never do. Then when you are upset about them not calling they wonder why we are upset. Try calling them back and they hang up on you and don't want to give names so you don't know who hung up on you. My trip to this "one star" clinic was surprising, to say the least. First of all, there was no one in the waiting room, which was strange since the previously visited clinic I chose to leave because of the two hour wait and frenetic feeling of chaos, was the exact same franchise. This clinic was a stark contrast. Linda registered me quickly, checked my insurance and collected my co-pay and even took the time to chat pleasantly about my self-inflicted "emergency" (allergic reaction to eyelash glue). As soon as the paperwork was completed, I was escorted to the treatment area for the usual weight, blood pressure, temperature check. Nurse Linda apologized for a small hole in the physician's room and explained that Dr. Ahmed had just purchased the practice a couple weeks prior. When Dr. Ahmed entered the treatment room and introduced herself with her deep and authentic aura of love I was sorry I didn't live in state and couldn't keep her as my Primary doctor. I am not a fan of most doctors and urgent care facilities. But this doctor and this clinic may have changed my mind. read more

Called to speak to manager today as I saw they are under new management. Based on a bad experience I had 11 months ago and never was able to speak to anyone about. Spoke to Sabrina who cut me off as I was explaining the story. Basically told me I was a liar based on notes she saw in the system which I told her was not what happened. She told me she didn't believe me. She asked me why I would even want to go there and told me to find another place to care for me and my kids. Called me back after I left a review to try and stir up drama about my review based on my personal experience. Really was hoping to resolve the negative experience I had in the past since I saw they had new managers but it seems like it's not any better. I called with good intentions to leave the past in the past and speak to a manager but Sabrina took it upon herself to ruin the hope that they had staffed the place with proper personnel. Lots of red flags during my conversation with her that this is not a professional establishment. Drama filled and immature. read more

This clinic provided my sons and I access to covid testing that we would have waited days to get elsewhere. We had a thorough consultation with their knowledgeable Physician and two of us were able to get immediate results from the Rapid Test. The final test wasn't a rapid test but my son got results pretty quickly even though it was over New Years. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a positive experience for us! read more

Horrible place it's seems like they are running a daycare at the front counter. Both times I went there there were little kids playing behind the counter. They over billed my insurance company and when I questioned them about it Laura at the front desk was not helpful. They say their billing is done offsite and there is no way I could contact the billing department. This place should be closed down. read more

I have never been so appalled by the treatment and service by healthcare "professionals" in my life. I waited well over an hour for an appointment that was made weeks in advance. The receptionist is one of the nastiest, most horrible women I have ever spoken with at any establishment. She is supposed to be creating an environment of wellbeing and health, but does none of this. When asking her how much longer it would be she replies with a horrible attitude, that she doesn't know, the doctor is busy. I proceeded to ask her why we wouldn't get a call if the doctor was running over an hour late and she tells me that I don't need to have an attitude with her. When I asked to speak with her supervisor or manager she told me that I would have to wait for the doctor. The doctor finally comes out and asks to speak with me. I tell her that her receptionist has a terrible attitude and should never speak to customers LET ALONE PATIENTS that way. The doctor then tells me that there are a lot of other things going on in the receptionists life and that's why she is so upset, and that's how things are sometimes. I don't understand how this receptionist can be employed if it is already known to the physician that her personal life interferes with her work. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am transferring the medical care of me and my family to a competent doctor with friendly staff. read more

1st: What kind of Immediate Care doesn't open until 11 AM? And is closed by 6 PM? Not very convenient at all. 2nd: I took my son here for an ear infection because his doctor was out of the office. They got us in and out quickly (because it was 5:30 and they wanted to go home; it was VERY obvious). The medical assistant weighed my son and got a weight of 66 lbs, when he ACTUALLY weighs 42 lbs. I had no idea until I picked up his antibiotic from the pharmacy and the dose was MUCH higher than other times. How hard is to weigh someone? Bottom line: I'll never take one of my kids there again. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of the care I received, from an attentive front desk to an efficient and courteous Doctor. I will definitely be back. Thank you! read more

These guys rock....the cradle of health and tranquility. Unbelievably incompetent, inept, and inefficient. They are everything an immediate care center should not be. I called hours in advance to schedule an ear examination. Had to wait several minutes once I reached there. The doctor seemed pretty confused about what she was doing. If you, like me, want to feel confident in your doctor they do not provide that. After I told her my problem, she suddenly realized that's outside their expertise (if they have one, i.e.) When I asked why on earth did they call me in when I had explained my problem in great detail over the phone that morning while scheduling the appointment, doctor sheepishly said I may be forgetting. I told her to go check with her receptionist who thinks they can deal with my problem. Now the receptionist comes into the room and apologizes for asking me to come in. It was a giant waste of time, and they couldn't even remotely resolve my issue. After I told the doctor I never use Q-tips she told me how bad Q-tips are. Well, I know that which is why I don't use them!! Duh!!! When I suggested how she should fix my issue (Imagine that...I never ever went anywhere near a med school and I am telling a qualified doctor what to do), she said it was a good idea but she didn't have the equipment for that. i had the unfortunate luck to come in to this office thinking i was going to get help instead i was greeted by a woman swearing in the front office the receptionist was okay but seemed busy. i got put into a dingy smelly room as the poster stated below and made me wait 40 minutes when the office didnt even seem full. the same woman who was cursing in the front came in ended up being the doctor.. real professional. overall i wouldn't recommend this place to treat a scratch and they should really talk to this Tiffany about professionalism in the office....... read more
