My TN was rejected at the border because their paperwork was so bad with typos and the officer said they copied and pasted from the website. Before the paperwork was handed to me, they didn't even follow up with me about my actual job, no meetings, no nothing, no preparation, no where to go, no if there are appointment needed. I was so scared and following up everyday as my EAD was expiring. They first promised me three weeks and then it turned to almost 6. They know the law so they'll leave until the last minute to tell you they have paperwork missing, that's when their 30 days start according to their contract. At this point, I seriously think they are scams, all you're paying is for them to "draft" your papers and that's it. They don't care about you!! They absolutely don't give any care in the world whether you get your visa and it's all talk and brag during the consultation. There was no professional guidance as your attorney and so so hard to get replies. I hope people considering them can please stay away, they will put your visa at jeopardy and waste your money!

My journey was an arduous one from L1-B Work Visa, then L1-B Extension and finally L1-B to EB1-C Employer Sponsored Permanent Residency. At each juncture, I was subjected to a demoralizing, stomach churning Request for Evidence (RFE) but undaunted, Josh reviewed, collated, indexed and submitted our responses to approval every time. I was also rather unlucky to be shortlisted in the DV-2015 Green Card Lottery but for the first time in the program's History my case number range was never called and hence did not become current due to a new automated system that gave me the royal shaft!
