There is a large conference room downstairs with smaller ones available throughout the space as well. It was very comfortable and it didn't take me long to get cozy, especially with nice amenities like free drinks, coffee, and snacks. You can also order lunch from one of their lunch partners and they will bring it to you once it is delivered. They are big on offering services here that you might not get at other co-working spaces. I parked in the lot across the street, which was very convenient. The staff person at the front desk helped me find my Event. The space is significantly larger than one would think looking at it from the street. It is also decorated really neat and all of the spaces look a little different. We met in a big open room with very tall ceilings. Now that I've Ben to union Hall, I would very much look forward to attend, attending another event there.

My company rented a private office from SPACES in August 2024 - December 2025. This was the typical…read morebait & switch... After months there we were hit with unexpected fees that were never communicated, random fees that were not warranted. Restricted access to roof top, door issues, temperature controlled issues, and most importantly severally overdrafted rent issues. The biggest issue of all is that when we would appropriately ask the community employees about the issues we were never given any concrete answers, sometimes given mixed answers and most often no response. We were overcharged for rent over 5 different times while being here and then had to fight to receive our reimbursement back. The only good part about this place during our time there was the old community manager, Toyia King - she was flat out amazing and is nothing short of a saint! Once she moved from SPACES OTR this place is an absolute 0/5. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Donna, the sale rep, subsequently added mail-forwarding to my account. She had no authorization to do this. Why would she do this other than to add extra charges. Why would I want them to send my mail to my old out of state address? They credit you, then bill you for the same service you don't want the next month!!!!!!!!! Technical support is non-existent. They direct you to your portal. Portal doesn't work. Anyone I can call for tech-support? Nope. I go in to the office for the 5 day/month day office that I paid for and learn my account doesn't exist. Everything exists however when they bill and charge you. Especially unauthorized charges. What a WASTE of time. I should be working, but have to call my banks to make sure they refute and deny all future charges from Regus. They get one-star for being located in a professional building, but if you don't want to waste time trying to fix or rectify a problem with their portal, account, or billing go anywhere else.
