Great cafe in Berlin for a strong cup! Our barista was super friendly and spoke English perfectly. We popped in for a latte and americano and sat along their front bar, which is perfect for people-watching on the street. The inside of the cafe is pretty small, but there's a ton of outdoor seating for nice weather. You can also buy whole beans here if you're so inclined! read more

Great cafe in the Schöneberg area. They have a great variety of coffee from around the world and their cakes and pastries are mind-blowing. Try the carrot cake please! Even though they misspelled Colombia on their menu which almost cost them a star (sorry it hurts my ego), the coffee was pretty good. They have a great variety of pastries and snacks and if you are into unicorns these days you might want to try their unicorn cake :) For all the coffee lovers out there, you can buy coffee beans from selected regions of the world. I haven´t tried this myself but why not? Super cozy and unique atmosphere. Rustic but with a unique charm to it. Great place for a lazy afternoon with friends or to drown yourself on a book. If the weather is good you might want to sit outside to enjoy the lively neighborhood and the diverse crowd of people walking by (you´ll have to compromise a little on the coziness you find inside). read more

This is the best coffee shop in Schoeneberg for a couple of reasons. If you like Chai, you will understand the pains of hardly being able to find decaf chai. That's not a problem here, their vanilla chai is even available in decaf! The mocha is delicious and the latte machiatto is strong and has great foam. Their pastry selection is quite small but it offers so much variety that there is always almost something that you would like to have. And if the variety of chai/espresso choices is not enough for you- they also have great outside seating, a bathrom for customers and beautiful, friendly and sweet Baristas who recognize you, remember your order and are very sweet, in general! read more

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Schoeneberg. It's pretty close to a lot restaurants and provides a huge amount of different kinds of coffee. Way too expensive! What a rip-off! Really folks: in a city where you get a full (good) Indian or Thai meal for 6 Euros you charge 5,60€ for a dry bagle with a salad leaf, some peanuts and five slices of supermarket pre-sliced chicken breast? Coffee tastes good, but then you get this on every corner in Berlin if you are willing to pay 3,60. And a smoothie with some carrot (80pence per kilo) and orange juice for over 5Euros? Are you kidding me? At the market around the corner you get that for 2! So basically my friend and me paid nearly 20 Euros for two coffees, two bagels. First we had to queue for those (yes: for that price it is self-service!) then it took some time. And they do not even have wifi. No honestly: I do not understand why these folks think they are in London or New York: In Berlin you get same or better quality on every corner way cheaper. read more

Best cafe latte in Schoneberg. Staff are friendly, service is quick, sweets are super tasty. Location is immediately off Nollendorfplatz and just across the street from the tasty walk-up pizza stand. Perfect for sitting in the sunshine and reading the paper. read more
