My problem was a 50ft tree fell on my house. The first thing they did was tarp my house and didn't have a clue what they were doing. I have pictures...I couldn't even get out my door. It started raining that night and I had to use bucket to catch the water. I called my neighbor and ask if he would come over the next morning to move the tarps to cover the leak. A few minutes later I heard something outside and it was my neighbor on my roof, in the dark and rain fixing the tarps to stop the leaks. Taylor didn't check behind his clueless crew to see if they were doing their job. He gave me a paper to sign of something he had done. I signed it. I trusted him, that was a mistake. I called the office the next morning and ask if I could get a copy and they said they didn't have a receipt. The reason they didn't give me one is because they hadn't had time to change it...which is exactly what they did. He is not an honest man at all. Every time I spoke to him about price his comment was " I can charge as much as I want and they have to pay me because it's a natural disaster". My friend sent 6 of his crew to clean up the limbs in the yard. They even raked the front and back. There was nothing on the ground. About two days later, Taylor came back, dropped a huge limb on my fence (I have pictures). I told him the yard had been cleaned up before he dropped the limb on my fence. I told him he would have to fix my fence and clean up all the debris and that I just had it all done before he dropped the limb. He called me a liar to my face, in front of his worthless crew, and they thought that was funny. The day they came they had a Huge crane come in my driveway. It destroyed my driveway. I should have filed a claim against him for that, but I didn't think about it. I should have said all this a few years ago, but I am in the mood to let it out. If I hear anybody talking about hiring Taylor Tree, I'll be sure to give them my honest opinion, and I promise it win's be good. People that do things like what he did to me, my property and my Insurance Company....it will all come back to them and I hope I get to see it.

This company installed an electronic gate for me in December 2024. A few months later, the gate…read moreopener (motor) stopped working, and I had to contact Mr. Gipson who subsequently replaced the gate opener. However, it stopped working shortly after installation. I contacted Mr. Gipson again, and he had the gate opener replaced with another one without a cover. The original gate opener had a cover. It was not until 2 weeks ago when I had to try several times to open the gate with my remote that I began having problems. However it eventually opened, and I had no further problems with the gate opening until 2 weeks later when again I could not open the gate for approximately 45 minutes. I then left the gate open in order to get my car in and out. When I called Mr. Gipson on Tuesday, June 16th, he stated he would send his son out to check it. Later that day after I did not hear from his son nor Mr. Gipson, I again called Mr. Gipson to ask if his son had come out. Mr. Gipson stated his son had come out and determined I needed another motor, and he stated his son had gone to Walmart to get one. I never saw or heard from his son. The next day I called Mr. Gipson with no response. However, I left him a message that I had not seen or heard from his son. On Friday, the 19th, I called Mr. Gipson again with no response. Each time I called, I left my name and phone number for Mr. Gipson to return my call with no response. I never saw or heard from the son or Mr. Gipson after that last phone call on June 19th, and my motor has not been changed. Each time I tried contacting Mr. Gipson, I got his voicemail and left him a message advising I had not seen his son, and my gate was still not working. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

My husband met with him and told him we needed it to be started the day we closed on our house. He was 2 weeks late starting. A 50% deposit was given atleast 2 weeks prior to us closing on our house. He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. On top of our text messages and phone calls. It took him about 3 weeks to do a roughly 2 to 3 day job. Charles also charged us an additional fee because he didnt order enough material. It turned out great until the boards started popping off. He came out once to fix our gate because it broke the first time we tried to open it. Since then, we have made several texts messages and phone calls asking him to come fix the popped off boards. He kept saying he would be here and to this day has not shown up. My husband even called him and Charles said he would be by at 9am Sunday and guess what...he never showed up today. No phone no text message. So here we are with a fence with popped off boards. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM WHAT SO EVER!
