Jessica (the previous owner) was absolutely wonderful in helping us select all of our cabinet hardware and lighting needs, and always followed up as necessary. Now, however, it is [apparently] under new "management", and it seems they are closed more than they are open. I have a failure and warranty issue with a couple of light fixtures, which I brought to their attention over a month ago. The issue has yet to be resolved, and I can never seem to reach anyone at the store, either by phone or in person. When I go by the store, it seems it is always closed, even during their "regular" business hours. When I call, it's an answering machine (or voice mail). What a terrible way to run a business. Really poor service, at least "after the sale"...

That said, the draft beer (Coors Light) was good and cold and promptly served. Only improvement would have been regular Coors on tap. Clientele seems to be older regulars (I'm not complaining, just remarking). There's an area out back which might be smoking okay? Not sure Oddity: A purple wig rests on a trophy for winning some kind of snake dish. And there's a jewelry display case. (I don't know why.)

By mid April, just about every piece under the hood was replaced-recommended by the owner who said better to replace it now while we are working on it than have to go back in and do it later. What started out being a $400 estimate turned into a $6800 rebuilt motor. After 31 miles, something popped under the hood and I smelled electrical burning. The cable that ran from the battery to the alternator somehow got twisted up in the pulleys breaking the cables and shorting out my alternator. Called Danny and he would call me for an estimate later. He never called. In the prior 3 months, I had been to or called the shop at least 25 times and was already fed up with the added charges, the "God bless you's," and the being made to wait up to 45 minutes each time in the lobby, so I got a new alternator and a friend installed it. He spliced and taped the cables together and it ran for another 50 miles. The brand new battery would not stay charged and the motor kept cutting out. I was only getting 12 miles a gallon when I did drive it so I took it to Auto Zone for a diagnostic test which showed it was the EGR valve which would need to be replaced eventually. The check engine light kept flashing so I called Danny as I understood I had a one year warranty. He agreed it was an EGR valve and said to call him for a price. This was July 2019. I had enough so I decided to deal with it myself later when I had some money and could take it to another mechanic. The car has been dead for a year now, I am out $6800 and the worst thing is the blue book value for this car is only $400. Women especially, take a knowledgeable man with you for these kinds of things and always get more than one quote.

Bad. They contracted our apt building. One stole from another tenet on first day. Also, the first…read moreday they got in a hurry and crossed wires. Or put them in wrong. When AEP turned electricity back on sparks flew. Could've caught fire. Big time. And, it was after 9:00 at night. So, dark and cold. Second time, I have no lights in kitchen, no microwave or toaster. The whole wall on inside has no electricity. That includes my fridge, my living room lights, and two of the three plugs in living room. I lost over $400+ worth of food. Apt mgr called them several times, but they never answered. It was around 4:15 in afternoon, on Fri. It's Sat, still no word about them coming to fix. Still no fridge or lights in kitchen. Lots of extension cords in living room. Wow. Now it's Sunday. Still no fridge, lights, microwave, toaster, etc... Ok. Monday. Still no L&M. Ok. 10:18a.m. I have everything back on by 10:42 a.m. But wait!! Even though it is their incompetence or just pure laziness, I get nothing back to replace what I lost. Because I didn't take pictures. Sorry. Food was bad. A bit smelly. I trashed it. I guess they can go dumpster diving if they want. But they won't. I am going to post this on FB. In so many rooms and chats. And make sure anyone that asks me knows how they are. I work in hardware and give recommendations for nobies and diy folk and contractors.
