I am constantly impressed with the consistency of this place. I feel that's hard to come by in Miami. I've come by a few times within the last month and each time the iced latte with oat milk, and iced chai with oat milk is made to perfection. Staff is very nice as well which is a plus. I stopped in for an hour while I was between meetings in Miami. I was able to attend a virtual meeting from the shop as it wasn't too loud, and there was decent room to spread out. They have an outdoor area too but I opted for inside because it was quieter. The tea was actually SO good (just got a basic green tea with honey) and the people working were super friendly too. If you are into motorcycles it's an added bonus as you get to see some great bikes and gear. I was there for a quick business meeting and the prospect suggested that we meet there... So far I've only had their baked good.. which were a positive. My hubby is a motorhead with a particular love for motorcycles. We are a coffee loving couple. Therefore, Imperial Moto Cafe was a match made in heaven. It's a bit in the middle of nowhere, but if you ask me this is what makes it more of gem! The minute you walk in you are hit with the peculiar and awesome esthetic of the place. Lots of cool merchandise and actual motorcycles to observe. Their coffee options are also tasty, yet a little on the pricier side. I have been to this place multiple times. The coffee is very good and it's a good place to work on a computer as there isn't a ton of surrounding noise. I gave it 1 star because of lack of consciousness and respect that I received today. I showed up with my wife and two kids at 8:05am (when they opened) to get a couple of coffees and treats to go. The women with green hair barely acknowledged us as we stood at the counter while she counted her money drawer. I made a joke about turning back the clocks to kill the mood and she rolled her eyes. She then continued to make us wait while she went and got the empanadas and did the work she probably should have done before opening the doors. We waited in total about 8 minutes (only ones I the place) with no acknowledgement. We decided to go to Panther Coffee who has exceptional coffee and service. I feel bad for the owner, as I am sure he would have appreciated our business. We try and support local single rooftop ventures and we will continue to do so. If I would rate all my visits there, I'd give them 4 STARS for their coffee and politeness. I gave them 1 as a call to action for their owner. read more

Imperial Moto recently made a switch from Panther Coffee to Counter Culture Coffee! What an improvement! My cappuccino with oat milk tasted fantastic, Kevin M. the Barista steamed the perfectly! The Mona Lisa of latte art. I also ordered a V60 that one could describe as liquid gold. Kevin also made it and told us it was the "Field Trip" blend. FANTASTIC! read more

I came here to study the other week and I enjoyed my time! I ordered a cortado and it was fantastic. I was able to find a table which had an outlet by the wall. They have wifi too so it was perfect for getting work done. I enjoyed their playlist. There's also free parking right outside so that definitely makes it convenient. Today I was reminded that I dislike counter culture coffee. I don't see it as much in Miami as I did in NYC, so I had forgotten lol. This spot is nice, it has actual motorcycles inside the coffee shop, with helmets, shirts, and other accessories that are on sale. There is also a barbershop in the back, which I never see anyone in so I'm not sure if it's functioning right now. ‍ anyway the vibe is chill here and the barista was friendly enough. So the two star deduction is only for the coffee sorry guys. It's a coffee shop so the coffee is kind of important. Don't know what else to say. I selfishly, but in good faith, recommend my father's coffee, Historic Noir Coffee Group. It's so good and has flavor without the artificial sweeteners and what have you. Honestly these larger brands always taste like cardboard to me. However, I have a particular distaste for counter culture coffee, so next time I'll look for the signs on the door before I just walk in. Sighhh read more
