Very disappointed with this booking.. definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Very pricy for what you get, 2 stars at most from us and that is mostly due to its excellent location. Good - Location: Centrally located along main Ave 9 de Julio, a few blocks away from the Obelisk and with a 24-hour grocery store across the street. Plenty of Cafes and restaurants around the area. Average - Service: average at best. Staff is not rude but is very much straight to the point and lacking any genuine interest in your business or concerns. - Knowledge: Staff is not well informed on tour details and/or hotel surrounding. - Breakfast is nothing out of the ordinary, with bread, ham, and cheese served along eggs and drinks. Do not expect any gourmet foods here. Bad - Found bed bugs. - Tiny and claustrophobic rooms, beware of deceiving online pictures. - Squeaky old mattress with giant stains - Poor view - WiFi: only 2g is available in the room, but it is incredibly slow. We have been unable to upload any of our videos/pictures. - Bathroom: Broken shower door. Only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom upon check-in. Ball of hair in the toilet upon check-in. - Thin walls with doors connecting other guest rooms. I can hear my neighbor cough. - Only 1 outlet available in room. The other is behind the bed making it unreachable. I feel poorly for my companion as this was her first time in Argentina and she has had such a bad experience with this hotel.
