Was greeted by a friendly gent upon entering and they have a small change area for you to use right behind the counter if required. He asked me if I wanted the hem length to break (slightly longer with a small crease in the pants) or just straight to the heel (for a cleaner/polished look). I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered. Aboud this place by All cost, you will be scammed to think you items have been cleaned and if it is cleaned it will be destroys and the owner will blame you for bringing in your items to be cleaned. this is Not a professional establishment and they have no recourse for their scams towards customers!!
