This is the worst-managed property I have ever lived in. Tenants have garbage piled high on their…read morebalconies. There are stacks of tires on others. This place is like a landfill, and it's a brand new building. Tenants play loud music all night. The resident manager has made bald-faced lies to me on multiple occasions. One time, he arrived to fix my toilet, which rocked massively, but he instead got a 12-year-old kid to "fix" it, leaving the toilet unfixed to the floor, the bolts broken, and pieces of *paper* wadded up beneath the toilet to level it. When I complained about this, two unqualified workers showed up and spilled the toilet, flooding water across my kitchen and bathroom. And when I make a complaint, the property manager says they'll take care of it but they never do anything. These piles of garbage have been around since before I moved in almost two months ago. I've called multiple times to have them cleaned up, and no one ever does anything.

In dealing with Stephen, he was honest and forthright about his love for the car. Most importantly, however, was the professionalism with which he carried himself, making the transaction go as smoothly as possible. He was extremely genuine, which can only lead me to believe that he would be nothing short of the same in regard to his own business. They'll treat you 'nice' as long as you don't complain. If you have an issue.. good luck because they don't care. When you bring the same issue over and over again with them, they'll twist things around and make you look like the bad guy. Second, Caroline. It appears that she gets paid extra to be a S artist. It's quite hilarious that she will always come up with an excuse to every single problem that you might have. Then, she'll make thrle situation look like you're the problem. Third, damage deposit. They ended up charging a couple hundred bucks over a few minor scratches on the kitchen floor. Unless you drove that contractor from the other end of the province to "fix" that floor, I can't see how these "damages" are 400$. Fourth, it appears that some of their former employees hate the company. Just research them on google and find out for yourself. Fifth, if I can offer you an advice.. Just say NO to them.
