Dell took over $6,200 from me and my neighbour as a deposit and disappeared for over a week. No communication over email, phone, text, nothing. Phone was off after leaving several voice messages and involving the authorities. Kdell never intended to return any of the money despite how unprofessional he has been and has offered no explanation as why he conducts his business in this manner. He was also Blue Basin Landscapes but must have dissolved it after all the negative reviews from people & doing the SAME things to them. This is now the new Alias he operates under. I should have known better than to trust this person but he was a recommendation from a close friend so he broke all of our trust, not to mention tarnished a relationship with my neighbours. NEVER AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Do business elsewhere-- never here!
