They have kicked up the latter a considerable degree with the emphasis on making sure each customer is greeted personally upon entering the well organized store. Smiles and assurances from the customer they have found everything they need. I recently purchased wood shavings and straw bales for my ranch and was loaded by the Dan the manager and one of his capable staff operating a fork-lift.
