I reached out to Maria with my concern, she said she could get me in on June 19th, that I would only pay for "the product, but she would leave my hair damp so she didn't have to charge me for a blow-out and style." I went in on June 9th to dispute my charges and she said "I think you're the type just looking for free coloring" and said that she wasn't going to charge me for my next coloring just for the blow out and styling. The woman doesn't even remember what she promises.

I walked in with a full set of eyelashes and walked out an hour later not only without any extensions but my own eyelashes were completely gone!!! She scrubbed my eyelids with a brush so hard it hurt then told me she didn't have time to do anything else with my lashes. All I wanted was a fill! Now two months later my own eyelashes are starting to grow back. The State needs to take her license away. I've never been treated so poorly in my life!
