Mr. Terrance Harris along with his son Traevon (together make up the 2 in the proclamatory name of their company) have taken care of my lawn for approximately two years now and I can say that they have never failed to please me with their final product. For decades I managed to take care of my yard alone. In that time I nurtured it carefully so that today it has become, at least for me, a calming and peaceful retreat. In recent years, however, I have had to give up my bi-weekly attention to it upkeep. Thus I was very cautious in choosing a lawn services company. I wanted one that would commit to a regular schedule, rain or shine, and that would maintain a dedication to its maintenance similar to the level that I had been committed to over the years. I can say that I found that company in Willing 2 Work. From day one Mr. Harris showed great interest in my needs and listened patiently to my peculiar litany of needs when mowing, trimming and generally maintaining my yard. He respected my requests and, over the course of these two years that he has never failed to deliver his services exactly to the level of my demanding instructions. He hasn't cut corners, or changed his methods in the delivery of his services, at least not without first consulting with me, explaining politely, succinctly and convincingly why his way was better. I am old and set in my ways, but not so set as to demand a businessman provide a service in a manner that is contrary to his own efficient means of doing business. I have learned much from this kind, hard-working gentleman, and am happy that I found him just at the time when someone of his professional attitude was needed. I had my roof replaced with EZ Roof. Initially, everything went fine and they quoted me for a new…read moreroof. They found some issues that added several extra thousand on and I accepted their work with a 30 year warranty. 5 months after the roof being replaced I had an inspection done to sell the property. The inspection came back that the roof wasn't properly sealed and need to corrections in several areas. I emailed them, called them and left voicemails asking them to help resolve this issue. They IGNORED me. Never received one follow-up after asking them to look into their work. I ended up having to repay again to fix their work to close on the property. Highly suggest avoiding them. Communication is solid until they take your money, work proved to be subpar after inspection.

One of their workers admitted the wrong shinglesx were used on our flashing? EZ Roof kept blaming our house: poor siding or windows. But we lived here 4 years before their new roof with not one leak ever. We paid a lot of money for painters to come repaint and Caulk everything possible. It helped but something was not installed correctly for almost all of our dormers to leak.
