They pretty much came and went as they saw fit even though I had tenants in the house and needed to coordinate the process. The tenants were forced to leave the house early at the last minute as they arrived five hours early. Once there they rushed through the whole process. When it was time to come back and return the keys they did not return calls and came at the last minute. Worst of all they broke some roof tiles and refuse to take responsibility for it. The guys did not traverse the roof properly, or carefully for that matter. You sign a waiver for broken roof tiles, that the guy that sells you the plan will never tell you about, but honestly what's the point in tenting your house if they're going to crack tiles. Time to start using lifts or drones.
