First of all I was told that she wouldn't have time to style my daughters hair due to another appt she had not my problem she was overbooked then to top it off she wasn't going to highlight the very bottom portion of her hair when we wanted all over highlight. The end result looked nothing like the picture you can't even tell my daughter has highlights! Then to top it off the owner wanted to sit and argue with me about me paying for service I was NOT at all happy with! It was nowhere near what we wanted and what my daughter had picked out!!!! I was NOT planning on going back to this salon and my advice is think twice about going here!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
