The employees are so rude. I received an email for a appointment confirmation and I am in California. So I called to make sure my email is off their list for any marketing and soliciting. The lady said someone entered the Email wrong and for me to call. But I don't have a number to call besides their business and instead of simply removing my email and contacting the customer directly they tell me I have attitude when I'm not the business or person who set up that appt. An ugly gentleman came on the phone and he said it was suspicious that Im calling about my email being used and something about my phone number. I have a California area code and this is my business email so I can't be getting marketing and other unnecessary emails from a state I'm not even in. Then the man got nasty and rude and started Commenting on how much money I make, that I sound old. Just nasty I wouldn't do business with them. Zero accountability and nasty behavior. Yup I cussed you out and I'd do it again. If you guys would listen I don't want soliciting or marketing going to this email. And instead of saying wow sorry looks like someone put the wrong email. They used to be so good. Now I have to point out the basic things they didn't get like the doors, the console at the bottom, and they didn't even bother to vacuum properly. I spent $62. I paid to have the works done on my minivan. They didn't put the shine on the tires that I paid for. I pointed it out they missed that. All he had to do was say "I'm sorry we missed that" and finish doing what I paid for. Instead he got a smirk on his face and wiggled his finger in the air summoning me to follow him. He pointed out that there was a barley visible small amount of rust on my mags and that was his excuse for saying they didn't miss the tire shine but they just couldn't do it for that reason. I used to go there all the time. Not any more, I have never gone back and never will. His lying self importance BS act was disgusting and he should have been fired for trying to BS a customer. read more

This place has been here as long as I've been living in the area which is about 30 years. It's owned by the 2nd Generation now. They deliver a decent wash & interior cleaning but the details are missed. I've found that I need to do some of the detail cleaning myself. So I've been known to pick up a rag....something the car wash should be doing. The price has skyrocketed in the last couple of years to $29.00 for the #2 wash!! It was not that long ago that the wash was just $20.00. I'll continue to go but the minute it hits $30.00 it will make more sense for me to do it myself. read more

Went there yesterday for a car wash and picked the premium package which runs about $60 including taxes. There was a pretty big lineup but they were getting though the line pretty fast. It's supposed to include complete cleaning including shampooing the mats. The overall cleaning was good, but they did miss a couple of spots on the mat. On checking, I let them know and they immediately took it out and cleaned it. They also wrapped the wet mats in plastic to put in the trunk and gave us paper mats as well, which was great! I wish the waiting area was a little better because the seats were really dirty and the space smelled really mouldy and dirty. Would come back, but make sure you check everything before you leave and let the cleaners know if something has been missed. read more

Perhaps not the absolute best I've had in car cleaning, but they still do a good enough job and they're very efficient. "The Works Wash" is probably the majority of what people come here for, and runs at $27 for a regular sized car. It's basically a full clean and out - minus shampooing. The cleaning itself is done in about 15 minutes, but has at least 4 people working on it at all times during that period, so you're getting about an hour of labour total. They're centrally located and quite efficient, which would explain their popularity and that they've been around for decades. I've come when it was very busy with about a dozen cars waiting in line and I don't think it was a half hour until I reached my turn. More recently, I came around 9am and there was virtually no line. The lady at the counter said that it picks up late morning, so a tip would be to come around that time if you can manage it. read more

This was always my go-to place to get my car detailed when i owned one. I would always get the full package (where they clean the interior as well) that took roughly about 45 mins from start to finish. My recommendation would be to do this only in the summer or have a warm ride waiting with you because you have to pretty much wait in the garage if you want to sit. They do a great job getting the stains out of my mats (salt, mud and food) and also go right into the small, tight areas to clean. the last time i went to this location was right before i sold my car, and the person buying it was so impressed they thought it was newer than it was. read more

These guys are opportunistic. My boyfriend was sick on Wednesday and did puke in a driver's car. The Uber driver stated he had dealt with this company before. He took the car here and told me to bring cash to pay for his car cleaning. I paid $160 AKA $180.80 to have them just shampoo the interior of his car. But if you look at their rates and the huge list of services for $159 and my bill... you can see the huge difference in services and what they charged me. Be very careful in dealing with these people because they are incredibly unethical. They took the opportunity while the ambulance was on their way to pick up my boyfriend (puking and unable to stand) to charge me $160 for a crazy list of services, but called it just a shampoo. They are opportunistic and took advantage of people during a traumatic situation. Very unprofessional behaviour. Uber would have billed me $150 AND this is taking into consideration the drivers lost wages as well as the nationwide industry average of a shampoo... Update :- I had called to find out how much the service would generally cost and the estimate for just an interior shampoo was $140 (including washing the outside etc.) Because for some reason they don't just do an interior shampoo? They also charge a premium if there's vomit etc. so I was charged a 'premium' and told they did the entire car inside and out. So in reality they took it upon themselves to do additional services to the car and charge me for it... but never told me about it. And the manager ( as you can see from other reviewers he's incredibly rude and he was no different towards me) actually justified the charging of premiums and increased rates for certain jobs and stated that sometimes they won't even accept a job if it's too 'dirty' etc. Basically it's like all service jobs... it's supply and demand (because what else are you going to do when your car is your livelihood like this uber driver?) and how much they can get you to pay. Can I fault them for it? Not really (my boyfriend was sick and the Uber driver needed his car cleaned)... do I think it's a good way to do business... no. It still seems fairly unethical. I also called a few places (8) to make sure I had proper research done on this, the price varies from $80 to $100 across-the-board even after texting them the pictures. But I did have one company quote me $200. So they're not the cheapest and they're not the most expensive... they just saw an opportunity and took advantage of the situation and in reality that's how service businesses work. It's similar to getting a quote from one mechanic that'll charge you $500 to change your muffler and then you go to the dealer and they're ready to charge you $1500. Lol Instead of one star, I'll give them three because they were smart and called the ambulance for my boyfriend and I'm appreciative of that. :) But as a car shampooing service... price wise they still stand at 1 star from me and in congruence with transparency off charges and services provided, they stand at a 1 star as well. read more

The workers are slow and do not know how to clean your vehicle and management is very unprofessional. They damaged my vehicle and I've sent numerous emails with no response from the management team. I have been visiting this car wash ever since they opened their first location. Their service is a hit or miss, very inconsistent service. Luckily I came here before reading the previous reviews lol. In and out car wash is exactly what it is. When I arrived there was quite a line up reaching the street entrance. I expected to be waiting for 30 minutes but I was in line for less than ten. Once I got to the front of the line the entire process took less than 15 minutes. I was literally in and out of there. They washed my car mats, washed the exterior, hand dried the exterior, vacuumed my seats and wipes down my dash board for 27 dollars including tax (called the works). I believe the service was well worth the money considering I really didn't want to vacuum and wipe down my car in the winter. The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because if you have hair or feathers on your seats they aren't detailed and thorough enough to get them all but I didn't expect perfection for 27 dollars. They aren't rude but they aren't friendly. They just work quickly and efficiently which is fine with me. read more

While In & Out used to be a great full service car wash, the last three times I've gone the staff seem apathetic to customers, the management is disorganized and the finish product on the premium works package is anything short of premium. I paid for a seat shampoo and had to tell four people who kept touching my car about the added service and when they told me the car was done, you guessed it, they forgot to do the seat. After I left and drove into the sunshine I noticed that they over sprayed armor-all all over my windshield. I promised myself in early spring that I would not go back here to wash my car, but defaulted on my promise. The car was less than impressive after at the end of my $38+ expense. My tires and interior were poorly cleaned. I pointed out the dirt and the gentleman used a cloth to wipe away some of it but that didn't make a huge impact. You're better off washing at a coin wash. Car came out clean, which is my basic standard. My caution to others is to check the drivers floor mat-my mats were not 'locked' in place which means they could start slipping. I had to twist the tabs myself after I got home. Just check before you drive off the site. read more
