They left the windows in two bedrooms not done and one in the living room. They didn't clean the wooden floor in the master bedroom. They also left the kitchen, dining room and bathroom tile floors dirty. They were here for about 6 hours and charged $500!! Not worth it to me. They ran very late too! I don't recommend them. I waited until 9:15... finally called after 9:30. Luckily, I hadn't moved in so the house was empty and I left it unlocked. I returned at 5pm... person sitting outside in vehicle several minutes as I wondered who it was...the the person went inside... "Oh! Must be the cleaners, they must not trust me and want payment." Walk inside, the second person was still cleaning... they weren't near finished! Asked if they could focus on one room so I could start moving in. Later, I came back and that room was empty. I asked if it were done.... Yes. Uhhh... this shelf is dusty... what about mopping? We forgot our mop... I called and spoke with manager... it only got worse... when they finished, I was given a discount so cost only $170...
