Being from the east, I've never had in n out before and let me say IT IS WORTH IT! When we went in it was clearly crowded with people and the service was excellent. The burgers had a good amount of lettuce and onions in it as well which is always a plus for me. And the price can't be beat, at less than $3 per burger it's well worth it's price. Haven't been to in n out burger for awhile. But this time I noticed something different about the Berger. The Berger, lettuce, tomato were still fresh and tasty, However, missing was the buttery taste of the bun. It was more of a charred after taste, which felt different. I frequent very many In-N-Out Burger's all over the state of California also Arizona and I've been to the one in Austin Texas as well. This particular location does not move the line fast at all. This might be the slowest In-N-Out Burger I've ever been to. I have a literally exited the drive-through for a different restaurant because of the wait. I went in today and the food was great but the customer service was lack luster; even bad in my opinion. There needs to be more positivity and friendliness to customers and in the restraunt in general. Seemed a bit tense and gloomy in there. Will update if it gets better or worse in the future. Edit: some of the lack luster customer service included unfriendliness; a seemingly malicious attitude to irritate the customer; not talking loudly enough to where I could hear them; and a lack of eagerness to make it a pleasant experience being there. For all in n outs I've had great customer service and the same great fresh taste of the burgers and yummy thick milk shakes! The drive thru line looks long but goes pretty quick, but sometimes going inside is a lot faster. Ask for peppercinis if you like a little spice and extra spread if you want more for the fries. read more

We travel this way when going from Yosemite Valley to the Silicon Valley. We go by Yosemite Ave through Manteca, and hit 99 on the way through Tracy. On the corner of Yosemite Ave is an In and Out Hamburger, visible from the freeway, but not visible from Yosemite Ave, until you overshoot the freeway on the way home. Now my wife prefers Subway sandwiches, but there are no Subways on the road through Manteca, Oakdale, Jamestown and Groveland, so we end up eating at In and Out Burger in Manteca. My wife hates In and Out Burger, so the only way we can stop here is if I'm driving, and we don't stop for pit stops from Yosemite Valley. After two and half hours my wife will get desperate, and either OK a pit stop at In and Out, or wet her pants and the car seat. The place is always packed, with the usual waiting line. I tell her to grab a table, as they are in short supply -after she has gone to the bathroom. She gets a cheeseburger, and I get a hamburger, with a large order of fries. It's about $5 for all three, with water, and the burger goes for about $1.80. We both love the fries, and add ketchup. She hates the special sauce on the hamburger, so I scrape that off her burger, and put it on my burger, along with the raw onions. I'm in hamburger heaven with a double portion of the special sauce and the raw onions, with the hamburger paddy, tomatoes and lettuce.. So we both end up satisfied, at this pit stop on the way home from Yosemite to the Silicon Valley. She held it in until In and Out, and then pissed it out. read more

We dined in on a Saturday night and it's like a picture perfect scene in here. Drive thru wraps around the parking lot as with most but inside it's running smooth as a whistle. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Idk who the person was that picked this location but they should be fired immediately. There are 2 entrances to the drive-thru, but people will cut you off if you try to enter from the street. For as busy as in n out always is, they need to do something about this asap. Ive been to 4-5 different in n outs but NONE are this bad where there are 2 entrances. Idk why they couldn't pick the spot across the street where there is a huge empty parking lot. I love the simplicity of In and Out! The experience and food equates to the brand name. It is also refreshing to see pleasant faces and nice people at a burger joint for once too. I decided on the cheeseburger between the regular hamburger and double. It came with a tasty sauce, yellow onion, tomato, lettuce and a reasonable sized patty between two soft white toasted buns. The fries have never been my favorite being the thin airy type with minimal flavor, but they were in front of me, so what the heck. Of course I indulged! I thought I'd have a side of those little peppercinis next to the ketchup, but I was only able to ingest two. If I had a bit of self control, before my eyes met my burger, they would have been a perfect addition! I love me a good burger once in a while. These are not too small or too big.
