Someone asked me the other day why I liked In-N-Out burgers. It is about the pure perfect burger made from fresh never frozen ingredients made fresh to order. There is not all the extra fluff and things added to the meat. It is the simple pleasure of eating a fresh just prepared burger I like mine animal style to get that wonderful grilled onions, pickles along with the tomatoes and lettuce. The special sauce is a must. I get it with out salt. The French fries is also simple perfection. It is made from pure fresh potatoes. It is actually fun watching the staff push whole potatoes through the cutter. I like this also without salt. It comes out piping hot and is perfection with ketchup. It is also very reasonable. I love getting a great meal for less than $10. The restroom is also reasonably clean. Why do I like In-N-Out you ask? It is simple perfection. read more

If anything, I'm very impressed with the customer service of In-N-Out Burger. Compared to other fast food places, In-N-Out is by far the best when it comes to providing a family friendly and customer focused atmosphere. Burgers are great, but surprisingly their fries are disappointing. Not really sure why as they are fresh cut. But even fresh, the fries have a dry texture to them, nowhere near as good as McDonalds. Also, unless you REALLY like onions, don't ask for onions. They literally give you a full slice of onion, which is a bit much for me. But otherwise, great place for a burger! read more

Asked for burger well done as usual....halfway through burger encountered large bright red zone. Too many teenagers make our food in this world. One adult burger chef should be hired at each in and out, otherwise this will keep happening. What are teenagers really good for anyway? Its ok but i find it to be overrated. Having said that its still a solid choice except the fries, they aren't crispy enough for my taste.

What can I say? It's In N Out. Every store feels and looks the same. The food always tastes the same. It's been the same thing since I first went 20 years ago. Once every couple months this place is truly satisfying. This particular location was decently clean. Every In N Out always has a tinge of messiness just from the shear volume of customers that come through. Parking was ample, prices have gone up! Staff was friendly and FAST. I have yet to go to an In-N-Out in AZ that wasn't great. This location is no exception. If there is anything at all wrong here it is the screwy entrance to the Drive Thru. They didn't allow enough room for the line that forms, so they have to have portable posts with plastic chains in the parking lot to guide traffic. I've always loved eating at In-N-Out but today was not a good experience. My hubs and his work buddies -- who are all Veterans who fought and bled for this country -- went in to grab a quick bite to eat. The Hispanic girl behind the counter was extremely pleasant and overly kind while trying to hit on MARRIED MEN instead of taking their order... when they didn't return the flirtation, she immediately changed her tune and demanded they must wear masks to order food TO GO (which, might I add, there are reasons they could not wear a mask)!!! Not sure what happened to customer service with In-N-Out and treating our Veterans with more respect, or any respect for that matter, rather than turning them away because they didn't pick up on an employee's advances. In-N-Out should require more training to staff as to not attempt to make passes at married men, and then getting upset when they're not successful. Disgraceful! Easy fast food option when you're cruising along 17. Friendly staff, drive-thru, clean bathrooms, no shortage of hot peppers by the ketchup. Fries were fine. Unfortunately, burger bun was still cold in my 9pm double double order, so I recommend asking for extra grill time on your bread. read more

IN-N-OUT IN MAH BELLY! So freaking good it's almost criminal. Small menu here but what they do they do most excellently. As we had a long ride up to Sedona today and needed to get some gas in the tank I noticed the sign on the highway for this In-N-Out location and made a bee-line for it after hitting the gas station. Did not want to get all bloated and sleepy by ordering off the "secret menu" so I went with the basic crave satisfying meal of a double double, fries, and a Neopolitan shake. Good beejeezus this burger is like an orgasm in your mouth! Two beef patties of juicy goodness, fresh lettuce and tomato, crisp onion slices, and a soft buttery bun. Oh my! Decent enough fries and a thick delicious shake to wash it all down. Just ridiculously tasty! This location itself is super clean with a cool retro look to it like back in the 1950's. A bunch of tables outside on a front patio that we ate on with the perfect weather out today. It just doesn't get any better then this! That little devil on my shoulder kept taunting me to eat another burger, but I had to resist. Sedona was calling and it was a long ride. After this I already needed a nap! read more

Food is always good and hot, love the fries... drive thru or walk in, the employees are always friendly. Dining area's are kept clean.

Came in yesterday (Sunday) and we ordered 2 single cheeseburger meals at 1:50pm. Waited 15 minutes just to get the food. Orders are taken out of numerical order. Our burgers were bland and burned/overcooked and the fries were like potato sticks. Since In and Out no longer cares about quality, we no longer will order from them ever again. Pretty much your run of the mill In-N-Out Burger, except it's insanely busy. The traffic pattern of the drive thru needs some work, as its hard for bigger cars to make the tight turns. The good thing is that they have employees outside with iPads to make sure the lines move quickly, but it's definitely a big hassle just for In-N-Out. read more

I didn't think I would fall for such a talked about burger joint the way I did for this! Ugh...simply worth all the buzz! Why is this not in Colorado exactly?! Anyway, not only was my food simply amazing, but it was made exactly to my specifications. The staff at this location were professional and seemed to actually really enjoy their jobs; this says a lot about either the management, or the corporate culture. I got a cheeseburger with extra cheese and my boyfriend got an animal style burger. We split the animal fries sans special sauce, and it was worth every.single.bite. Even the milkshakes were bomb! They were lukewarm and hard as hell with ZERO flavor. Usually fries can redeem any restaurant. Nope. So the 2-star review is for my gratitude in replacing the watering of my mouth any time I saw a friend with In-N-Out in a photo or even just remembering all the tasty burgers I've had from there in the past. The restaurant is very clean and staffed with very enthusiastic employees. The kitchen is well organized and everyone working was busy making the experience fantastic for everyone. I had the double double animal style a chocolate shake and fries. The burger is great. Bun is soft on the outside and toasted perfect on the inside. The shake is super thick and yummy!
