I was in the area visiting family and in need of a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I went in on a Saturday afternoon around noon, so I expected a wait. They told me it would be about an hour, but they were able to sit me down before then. I don't remember the name of the nail tech but she did an awesome job! All the staff was friendly and courteous to not only me but to the other patrons as well. I left a happy customer, loving both my pedicure and my eyebrows! The girl is mad that I didn't get a type two pedicure and kept bringing it up that I needed did not. She didn't even cut my nails. I asked her and she didn't. She ignored me underneath my can see on the tips of my toes, my old color polish. She didn't even bring my shoes over to me. They were under two piles of shoes. read more

I love this place... I get pedicure' s from Kelli every couple of months. I drive 17 miles to get here and pass many other spas, well worth the trip. My girlfriend gets mani / pedis and seems happy with there manicures also. read more

I have been to this spa to get my nails done about 3 times always have had good experiences for the most part. They have always been busy when I went and today there were many women in the spa I asked how long and they did not respond politely at all. I've been this to salon a few times in the past but my sister and I went on the 29th and it was an awful experience. Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to get seated for our appointment to start and we both were seated at different times. I personally had the most painful manicure of my life as the nail technician used the electric nail drill on my cuticles and literally all but three fingers had bleeding cuticles when I left (which my cuticles were not like that in the slightest before coming in). My fingers were in pain for days after and have scabbing on my cuticles that were cut. The dip job itself was uneven, misshaped and was just done in haste and looked less than professional and was just rushed out of the salon without an apology. I included pictures of immediately after then manicure and they only got redder and more painful as the day went on. My family and I will no longer patronize this establishment. read more

My nails were ruined by time I got home . Place is dirty and they up charge for everything never been up charged to have nail filed down .. barley any massage on legs .. will not return rip off ! Charge me $40 for basic pedi and my daughter $35 for basic pedi ?!?! How can same service have 2 different prices ? I had $20 of up charge on top of my $40 so $60 for pedicure ?!?! Not impressed with this place at all. A friend of mine had made a reservation for 4 of us for pedis but we were not all taken together and I ended up having to wait around while the other 3 all got started so they ended up waiting for me at the end. The staff were not paying attention to who came in first and were starting on people who came in after us before me. I also discovered, once I got home, that they had given me numerous cuts on my toes from their rough scrubbing. Would not recommend. read more

I was referred to this nails shop by a friend my nail tech was not very friendly. I got a pedi and acrylic fill with gel polish the pedi was ok not the best my fill was terrible he left acrylic and and gel all around my cuticles and on my skin. I understand they were busy but if I'm paying $70 plus tip I expect you take your time. Then I went to wash my hands I came back and found my purse on the floor in the front by the podium I feel to me that was very rude.. and not to mention I've been in experienced nail technician for the last four years and currently working as a nail technician.. This has been the worst nail experience ever. I made an appointment for a manicure & pedicure & waited for 45 minutes while people who got there after me, without an appointment, got their nails done before they even addressed me. They made me take off my own polish, then they started my nails and in the middle they made me move. When I asked for a manicure all they did was paint my nails. Great fill-in on my pink/white acrylic nails. I was told here they aren't done often in this area. My nail tech was very knowledgable, and did a good job. The salon looked clean and the wait was very short despite there being many other customers. Will definitely come in again. read more

This salon gives a great mani and pedi however upon leaving & attempting to pay I gave them my debit card. I frequent this salon often and have used my debit card there before. The girl asked me if I could run to the bank. I asked if there was a problem with their machine, she said no. She again asked me to run to the bank, they preferred cash. I explained I had no cash on me & could I please use my debit card. They advertise on their door they accept credit/debit cards & like I said I've used my debit card there many times before. She then accepted my card & asked if I could pay my tip with cash. I again explained I had no cash on me which is why I was using my debit card. She agreed to put the entire total on my card. As I have shared this story with some colleagues, I understand I am not the only customer they have done this to. Needless to say I will not be going back. Great pedicure or not. read more
