We had Corey, who came early, patiently waited and helped with our heavy bags. They gave me a price right away when I told them where we were going (LAX) the car we wanted and date. Their driver was early on picking us up to airport so we had plenty of to fine new flights since ours was canceled as soon as we reached freeway. When we were on our way home from St Thomas received 5 am flight canceled again so I notified the driver we would not be is at our original time and to cancel pickup. I needed an airport shuttle from OC to LAX and In Style was great from beginning to end. I had reached out to a few other vendors who never even responded, but In Style provided a quote online right away and confirmed my reservation shortly after. Hi, Just wanted to let you know that our drive to the airport with Otis S. was great. He was amazing! Very professional to the T! However, driving back home at our return with Michael S. was little bit disappointing. He was late (30 to 40 mins I believe) and no hello or apologies whatsoever. He was rude and unprofessional from the start. It started with my oldest son when he moved his stuff to sit in front (He knew we were a family of 5 that's why we rented the SUV so he should've been well prepared). The look on his face and the demeanor were just unbelievable. Then we asked abt how to turn the lights on so our other kids can put their seat belts on and no response whatsoever. We had to figure it out ourselves. Then we asked about the ETA for arrival and no response either. He had his ear buds the whole time and was listening to music so not sure if that's why he didn't hear us but either way that was unprofessional. I am so happy with the service. I was coming back home from LAX to Orange County with my family after an 18 hour flight. Otis was our driver. He texted me even before our plane landed to let us know that he arrived even before the scheduled time. I can't believe I haven't Yelp'd about my service with this company. Let me start by saying I recommend this service. Just in-case you don't want to read this in it's entirety. So...we called this service after finding them on Yelp on the day-of my husbands job's party. To our surprise they had a driver available (Steve) for our night. Not only was he available, he had a brand new 2017 Lincoln Navigator we were going to ride in. Shut up!! That was perfect! I received an email detailing the service I was going to get, the drivers name, etc. the system automatically send a text message when the driver is on his way and when he's arrived. I loved that. Steve also called when he was outside just to confirm I'd received the text. When we walked outside to get in the truck, Steve's service was top-notch all the way. We were acting silly and taking pictures with the truck and with him. At the party, we also received a text when Steve was there. Just in case we were ready to leave. Just so happened, we were ready. I searched many transportation services prior to leaving in our trip to Disneyland. Having never been to LA, I had no clue what to expect. After deciding on In style, and hoping for the best, all I can say is WOW! Booking, communication, pricing understanding was second to none, really an amazing thing for us. We come from a rural very small community and long ways away. Our population is about 50, so LA is crazy. John Cross was selected as our chauffeur, and John was absolutely wonderful. Very nice vehicles, great communication, booster kid seats, as requested, and knew exactly where we were for pickup and how to get us where we needed to go. John gave us some history and some pointers specific to the area, which was great and had a few extras minutes to get us aquatinted with the neighbor in which we were staying. The snacks and water provided were a great addition for comfort on the trip. We were going to rent a car... I'm glad I didn't, we wouldn't have ever met John and had the pleasure of his company on our hour ride from the airport. Reviews can be hard to believe sometimes, some being fake and all.
