For my first home, the actual owner showed up for my installation. This guy was amazing! He connected my Sonos Arc and Sub in my living room and ran my wired outdoor speakers through my walls using the Sonos receiver. I was so impressed I hired them a second time. Next, Unify connected my Yamaha receiver to my second home's upstairs loft. Again, they ran the speaker wire through the walls and ran power and HDMI cables through my cabinets. I also purchased a second sub and receiver from Unify for my living room and had the tech connect my ARC, two subwoofer, game room, and outdoor speakers. These guys are true masters of their art! I will be calling them to set up my smart home soon.

We went with seven cameras and a skybell doorbell, just like a ring doorbell but interfaces with a home protection system. We had an existing home protection system andd Robert quoted us on replacing it with his company's. They used all my existing motion and door sensors and added two glass breakage sensors. Replaced the controller. In addition to installing the seven cameras they also mounted a 43" monitor. The install was mostly done by Clay, Bill and Kyler. Robert was there off and on and did advise and do some hands on as well. Great job on the install, very clean and the wires hidden as much as possible. Looked very professional and I am very picky. The integration of the two alarm systems had some bugs but that would be expected and Robert worked them out quickly. I definitely recommend Robert and ASAP Security.

And it is so state of the art! I love that the system is wireless and that we can control the system from our smartphone AND they gave us each a key fob remote. Just a push of a button on our key ring and we can arm, disarm or hit an emergency alarm key. So convenient! We are very pleased with both the service and the system.

I have had many alarm monitoring services before and this one is by far the very worst. I should have suspected this already, given their prior signs of flakiness. E.g., the alarm warning signs posted around our house, have an incorrect, invalid, phone number on them! And when I asked them (more than once) for replacements, they never supplied any. So anyway, after they didn't respond to our alarm, I went to their website, and it was gone. And when I called them, no one answers. And yet they charged me (automatically) in advance for the next 3 upcoming months! I called them and I also emailed the owner, Mike Lynch, and no one has ever responded! They still owe me a refund for those 3 months! Crooks!
