The location was easy to find, and therapist Angela was waiting for me when I got there. I explained what was going on, and she immediately understood and suggested exactly the treatment I'd been thinking of. I had an hour. She helped me relax in the nice room on the comfy table and then started working on my sore back. She stretched me and kneaded - it all felt so good. I finally dozed off! Very disappointed, I went to the owners store and was told they spa would be reopening and I could either wait for it to reopen or they would give me store credit for items in her store. After multiple times of trying to obtain a refund so I would be able to enjoy a spa day with massage, etc. I was told a refund would be sent via my credit card. No refund was received. I was notified by the credit card vendor that refunds are only given within 6 months of purchase. I had waited longer than 6 months due to the owner telling me over and over that she would be reopening the spa. I am now going through small claims court to recoup the $400.00.
