The techniques of shaking and vigorously rubbing the feet jostled my whole body to really loosen it up, and then the 10 minute rest after with a hot water bottle to integrate everything, was very relaxing! At first it was purely a financial decision, since any physical ailments that are not apparent to the naked eye, would mean a doctor visit an additional X-ray, or CT scan, diagnosis, and probable pharmaceutical remedy. Since my health insurance can be summarized as catastrophic, any multiple visits would not be helpful to me and my bank account. My first visit was due to extreme neck pain and the second visit for tendonitis in the shoulder, and both problems were alleviated in one session. My third visit a few months later was due to ligament and possibly tendon damage which made driving or sitting for long period of time excruciating. The first session for the ligament/tendon problem did help but the pain did not subside to my satisfaction, again due to long term damage. A follow up session of acupuncture also included Prolotherapy, and this session provided within a few weeks almost complete painless recovery. I am very happy with the results, my body and my wallet are thankful for Jere Proctor, acupuncture and prolotherapy.

I had gone to several doctors, had tests, prescribed pain medication, had some trigger point injections, all which didn't work very well. After a few sessions the pain has subsided and I'm not waking up with intermittent leg cramps on that side anymore. Also had a horrible flare up of plantar fasciitis on same side with excruciating pain on my heel and it's resolved. I also suffer from scoliosis with a rib that has rotated into my fascia for several years now. Not only could I feel positivity throughout the room, but Patrick was radiating. He smiled & greeted me and immediately put me at ease. We discussed my pain & my scoliosis and he adamantly asserted that he was going to fix me. Not just alleviate my pain, but straighten my spine. He trained with an Olympian turned healer; he himself was a professional soccer player; and he's trained under a master healer in Eastern Medicine. I believed him & was ecstatic to have found him. He worked on me with expert hands. He used a technique he coined and created called insertion point. It felt as if he opened up doors in my spine and back as he described his acupressure technique on my meridians. He educated me along the way. The whole experience was so positive, and I felt different afterward. I felt more opened like my lungs could take in more air and I was very clear. My pain melted away & I felt so tall & strong. First, she discusses your reason for your visit and what your goals are; what you are looking to get out of this treatment, then the treatment starts. I chose a package of treatment (8 treatments, I believe). After the 8 treatments, I felt like myself again! I am sleeping like a baby every night and not waking up every few hours.
